sorry not a troll, just an extermely unsatisfied customer..,.and the shady replies i recived from bitmain made me sick to my stomach and almost threw up. I spent almost $4000 on their batch 1 junk, and I have never dealt with a company like this who treats their customers like shit while selling them defective priducts.
So agian, not a troll, just spreading the word about the shit they are pawning...why are you a fan? did your miner come to you undamaged and working perfectly, cause i know mine didnt, it came in pieces all messed up, and they expected me to figure out how to fix and re-engineer their broken piece of shit....and they dont really care about their custimers or they would have resolved my issue a week ago, instead i have a beatifull pile of crap sitting on my shelf..
and BFL? fu%$k them too they never delivered any products to me...i am just pissed as hell at the stupidity of bitmain.

My miner came in perfect condition - not a scratch. You're exploding all over the place and all I asked was how to change the password. My miner still hashes. 1 of 10 boards was defective and I had to exchange 3 emails in total to get RMA. TIP: Try not being angry at customer service because that won't get you anywhere soon. Judging by how you are posting, this is probably how you are emailing too. In the end, they hold the key and if you need support, ask nicely. Sorry if I offended you, and I'm happy your miner came in perfect condition (except for 1 defective board)  |

Actually I only call idiots, idiots, if you have something intellligent to say that makes sense, I am all ears and will treat you with respect. But if you are going to attack me I am not going to sit back and take it. No quite the contrary, and I hope people here can read and see the real deal, and i think you are refering to GAW miners not gridseed. I have nothing to do with gridseed or GAW miners , except that i bought some gear from them and have only praised their customer support and been a totally satisfied customer as most if not all Gawminers customers have....forgive me for giving someone props for being different than all the other crooks out there. Unlike most people here who only compalin about the bad, i also praise the good. Whe some company does right by me whoever they are, then i will give them the respect they deserve, and when someone shits all over me, and sells me crap and wont budge on helping me sort it out, i will say F-U to them and "assault" them as you say. It would be the same if it was Amazon or Newegg I am not biased, only honest. I wish I owned Gawminers or even worked there, 1. because I would be rich as hell, and 2. cause then I could say I am part of something different from what seems to be the norm here with these vendors shitting all over their customers. I had a plug trip last night and was faced with the S2 "blue screen of death" after restarting. I just ejected the SD card and pushed it back in and it booted up no problem after that, no need for re-imaging  wow! impressive, you must have gotten one of the magical units then..I wish I got one of those You are a lucky man! |

Well, finally picked up one of these in the May 8th batch. The $400 coupon sold me on it... Good price @ $2199
I am actually tempted to order few of these miners now... I am curious what is tempting you? the horror stories?, the massive amounts of photos members have posted? or the pre-mining that he is doing before you get your broken used up S2? or maybe its the monkeys jumping up and down on your box before they toss it on the plane's conveyor belt? Or maybe you are a risk taker? I mean you must be heavily invested in the stock market ...right? Just trying to figure out why people would continue to buy this product?....is it the lower price point? because if thats it, then I doubt you will reach an ROI, unless it drops another grand and BTC goes up another 100 points. But temptation is a killer, so I say go for it and give bitmain your money. Im sure he will be happy to take it, since he already made that back and more when pre-mining with your 'CHEAPER" unit. please let us know how it works out for you. I might be "tempted" to buy a few more |

first of all if you are a previous owner of an S2 you have a $400 credit per unit which costs you $2199 for each S2 , but its ok to make a profit.
But who in their right mind would but this piece of shit S2 knowing all of the problems that come along with it? If you are ok with monkey's jumping up and down on your box wihich contains a used miner that was thrown on a plane over their shoulder, and are ok with it coming to you all broken and not working, then buy away...
mayne you should put in a disclaimer saying:
"if your unit comes to you all broken and in 50 pieces, or if the LCD burns out in 2 days, and the software is crap, and you should be prepared to stock up on new microSD cards to try to get it to boot up (assuming its not all smashed when it arrives) I am not responsible, and try to send it back to china where bitmain will tell you his engineers will have to evaluate it and determine a fair refund for you, while you are 3 weeks out of mining by that point"
