Are the navigation buttons working?  They seems not to be working to me anyhow, and i also got problem with the site even i dont understand how the tech monkeys works, i received an email regarding the monkeys or technicians (i call them monkeys)

All buttons should be working. Can you explicitly tell which button under which menu is not working?

Technicians are necessary to repair miners. You need at least 1 technician to send a device to repair room. You can either purchase a technician from the shop, or rent it for 1 hour from the Employee Market.

The button on the upper left side the one with 3 straight Lines logo(its clickable) but buttons inside of it are not working to me i dont know if those are the navigation buttons or what do you call them.

Do i automatically received one tech monkey after signed up? Sorry for questions Cant explore the entire site due to those buttons currently faild to work.

That 3 straight lines button just change the size of the left pane. I checked with several different computers now and every button is working when the pane is minimised and maximised. Please check your browser settings/extensions or try with another browser.

No, you just receive 1 100 Ghs miner and 1 power supply to run the miner. You can purchase or hire a technician after your registration.

Also you can purchase stronger miners if you want to produce Bitcoins faster. And provide enough power and temperature to keep them working efficient.

I used firefox

Ah i see so if i buy one technician should i do this once? Or in repeats?

You can purchase for once. So if you purchase a technician, they are forever your's unless you fire them.

But if you rent them, you own them for just 1 hour.

For providing a fair distribution of new registered players among pools, we made some changes. As you know, all new registered players were joining to Zeus pool, and they were switching pools if they want later on.

From now on, new registered players will join to a random pool which has no fee, and minimum requirement is 10 Ghs or below. And  again, they may switch the pool later on if they want.

Regards

We have news!

100 Ghs miner price will be dropped to 0.125 BTC effective from Now.

Thank you.

I got a free 10 Ghs miner when I registered. Yesterday I bought another 10 Ghs miner from the trade section for 0.01 BTC (91.1% health). The miner I bought yesterday is missing.

Contact MinerFarm and see what their response is.

Mining power can decrease over time, but the day after would be a bit soon IMO.

I know mining power does decrease daily, but from 91.1% to gone in a single day Huh

Check the room temperature, for the highest efficiency of mining devices, system rooms should be between 10-28 Celcius degrees. In order to maintain the optimal heat you should use cooling units.

Since the time I bought my first 20 GHs miner, the room temperature has been 18 degrees. Yesterday it was the same. I have 3 air conditioners. You are saying that my 10 Ghs miner with 91% health vanished in a single day because the room temperature was 18 degrees Huh

Please recheck your account now.

Now I have 70 Ghs, but still the 10 Ghs miner is missing, instead of that you refilled the health of my existing miners to 100%. That is fine, hope miners will not go missing in future Smiley

Hi there, I checked the database and it seems you have 1X10Ghs and 3X20Ghs miners, which makes 70Ghs in total. Can you send a screenshot if you see it different, besause your 10Ghs miner still seems there.

Thank you.

[New Feature] Technician Hiring System

Now you can hire out your technicians to other players.
Hiring period is 1 hour and during that period, players who hired the technician can repair their miners.

Rules:
1. When the hiring period is over, technicians turn back to original owners. If there is an ongoing repair, it is interrupted.
2. If you have devices in the repair process, you cannot hire out your technicians.

Oh. Seems you bought the script.

Because look this site: http://hexhash.ml/

It's a mix from Minerfarm and RDPMain.

Minerfarm owner runs ponzi scheme?
why is there no response to this?

Hi there, there was no response because I never thought someone is serious about asking such a question Smiley But I guess it is normal since everybody should not have to be into coding world.

All the script, database, back end are coded by me. For the front end, it is an open source and free Bootstrap theme. Anyone who has coded the backend script can use it for free, it is just the skin. But the body is home-made Wink

NEW UPDATE
10% Promotion Campaign
We are happy to announce a special promotion campaign. Here are the rules:

1. You should deposit of 0.1 BTC or above
2. You should make purchase with your deposited amount from the Shop section in 24 hours
3. MinerFarm will add you bonus amount 10% of your deposit (purchase)
4. Bonus amount cannot be withdrawn or used in Trade section. Bonus can only be spent in the Shop purchases
5. There is no time limit so spend the bonus
6. Deposits before this announcement are not included to bonus campaign
7. Bonus redeem may take 5 minutes
Well, it can be abused like that:
I'm depositing 1.18 BTC and buying  1 THS miner, then I'm buying a technician with the %10 bonus.

Then I'm selling my miner for 1.17 BTC on market, voilą! I've a free technician.

After you spend your deposited amount, you can sell the device if you want. That is not considered as an abuse.

One more question, do I need to hire a technician each time I purchase GHs or 1 technician is enough for all miners?

1 technician is enough for all miners. But if there are more technicians, than repair time will be less. If you send 30 miners to repair room with only 1 technician, it might take some time like the real life.
160  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [ANN] MinerFarm - Virtual Mining Game for Real Bitcoin on: September 13, 2015, 08:50:46 AM
question for OP,  are there actual miners?  like per say a real cloud mining site where you buy rent hardware? if would be good if we got more responses to some questions. I my self have 30 GH/s in total but want to know some of these things before I can purchase more.

Thanks

No they are not actual miners, everything in the game (miners, coolers, engineers, technicians) are virtual. But the Bitcoin is real.
