Pool owner Nia warned us about a bug, which causes that pool owners also pay for pool fee. We identified the cause and fixed the bug immediately.
All pool fee costs taken from pool owners will be refunded to their accounts accordingly.
We rewarded Nia with a 100 Ghs miner and a PSU for the valuable help.

Total Ghs power is used to calculate prizes. If total Ghs (sum of all pools) decreases, prizes will decrease accordingly. If total Ghs increases, prizes will increase as well. Some players stop logging in the game, so their devices stop and this decreases the total hash power/ We also identify accounts creates by bots and suspend them. This alsoaffects total hash power.

What happens to those that have been away for weeks and have lost everything? Is there any sort of reimbursement? Hi there, Miner Farm has been designed to keep players login continuously. All the fees and system planned for that. And Miner Farm has right to remove fees, add extra fees, decrease or increase fee amounts anytime. Electrity fee was working as intended, it was not an error or mistake, and no harm can be considered as well. We evaluated the feedback and decided to pause electricity fees after 3 days as a good intention. We always consider user interest, but we also have to keep the website running. For that purpose, we may activate the electricity fee in the future again but this is not our plan at the moment. Regards |

So far all good already own 100gh/s miner and the free 10gh/s miner. Now thinking about buying another 100gh/s and in the future 500gh/s.
Are there any updates planned in next few weeks?
We are planning to let players mine different kind of coins with their current devices. We are still doing our analysis, so cannot promise for an exact date, but this is on the road map at the moment. Regards. |

I recommending wait it decreasing until like 1ghs  and hire technician to fix it. I remembered i fix it when my ghs down to 7. Feel like not worth it.. You can buy or hire technician for that fix. By waiting for the miner to go all the way down to 1 GHs then half way there, his earnings would be on the negative side since there would be maintenance cost and Electricity cost each day and he earns lesser each day too so I recommend to fix at most 5 GHs the miner in order to be on the positive earning side Aliser: After I repaired my miner since last time, on the dashboard it's showing full hash power instead of the real one that is displayed on the inventory tab which at the moment is at 95% ... kindly do check this problem since it's misleading, thank you Hi there. I guess they will be here for at least 100 more days based on the investment they got. don't know about this one. I haven't invest in it because of this. I recently stopped with it. The withdrawal fee is way to high and they even send it with medium priority. They just asked a lot to withdraw and just keep it in their own pocket instead of paying a normal fee. I completely agree with the high withdrawal limit, they set it too high that I think a free user will need months to get their first WD. They give faucet, but its amount is really low. I think the only way to reach the minimum WD is by depositing and buy a miner too . . . . unless they lower their minimum WD amount Hi All, Miner Farm makes instant payments for withdraw requests. Considering this, withdraw fee should not be high. Actually our fee is at the market average. Wallet security and fast/instant payments are crucial for Miner Farm and those things create extra costs. So withdraw fee is to cover fast payments and secure wallets. Whichever service you use (btcjam, btc-e etc.) there is a withdraw fee. So it is really hard to understand for us why withdraw fee is an issue. However, if you want a service without any deposit and withdraw fee, you can use our faucet services (Satoshi Country, Satoshi Garden etc). They do not make instant payments but make payments every 6 hours and there is no fee. It has been almost 75 days since Miner Farm launched and it is still counting. I have contacted google and they have said that the administrators of MinerFarm need to disable it.
Google can NOT assist.

I bought 3x 2000 W Power Supply when I bought 3x20 gh/s and 1x 100gh/s. After I sold 2x 20gh/s I still can't sell 1x2000 W Power Supply. Why I still can't sell it? :)Asked the same question(quoted here) on the minerfarm forum but it's almost dead. Hope someone can help me out here. The forum support could be more good on minerfarm especially when people invest big. Overall love minerfarm and hope they will improve there service. Hi there, can't find the info about the bought miners in the past. So far I can see now the info is not visible after short time. Is this something you can add so we can use this info when we trade again.
You can't sell PSU or AC, you can sall only your miners. |

Why is it I cannot withdraw the full amount of my BTC?
My balance is 0.51409798
But when I go to withdraw it tells me this, "Withdrawable Balance : ฿ 0.26679797"
So why is 0.24730001 being held back? I have been setup since 09/30/2015, why would you hold any of my BTC back?
Your total balance represents your bonuses as well. You can spend those on the shop, but you cannot withdraw your bonus amounts |
