It seems like every damn pool I switch to ends up going down.
Netcodepool, Cryptovalley, Dogepool.pw
This is just getting stupid. Now I have random coins lingering in the wallets of each site.
Check out doge.poolofpools.comRock solid.

If you're looking for a fast, working GLX pool, head over to glx.poolofpools.com (stratum+tcp://glx.poolofpools.com:3333). Our coding genius (footlongc) figured out what the problem was, fixed it, and found a block--no more stratum errors to steal your hashes. Created an account, but your system has not sent out the confirmation email. Been waiting quite some time. Missing out on the bonus Hour later, still no conf email. Just found your account record and unlocked it. You're ready to mine. It might have been your email client's settings, but whatever the reason, we're sorry for the trouble and hope you come mine with us.

That's odd, Overspeed.
Check your spam folder? It shouldn't end up there, because we have our email keys set, but it might have anyway depending on your email client.
If you find it, email yourpoolofpools at gmail dot com and we'll straighten out your bonus.
Hope to see you online soon!

We've solved the GLX issue that was making multiple pools (not just ours) fail to accept solved blocks, and are now paying out rapidly.
Come join us for some first-class Galaxycoin mining!
The promotion is still going on, too, so hurry up and get your bonus GLX before the time is up.

Don't ask me to explain it in any more detail than that; he's the one who speaks computer. As a side note, we're running a promotion at our Pool of Pools pools (say that three times fast) through midnight CST tonight: come mine with us and earn 1 coin per hour per megahash for up to four hours. For more details, see our launch thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=375987.msg4027359#msg4027359.

Come join up and start hashing!
As a special launch-day bonus, anyone who joins today and mines on our pool for at least 4 hours will get 1 FST or GLX per hour per megahash (MH) at the end of the four hours.
Example 1: you sign up at our Fastcoin pool and run a 2 MH rig on our pool for 4 hours. You get a 2 FST bonus every hour for four hours, a total of 8 FST bonus. That's 25 percent of a block!
Example 2: you run a 25 MH rig for 4 hours. You'd get 25 FST per hour every hour for 4 hours. That's 100 FST -- more than 3 blocks all to yourself!
The bonus only applies if you sign up and start mining before midnight CST tonight, so come on over!

I'm one of those Mac people ... thanks anyway I found the proper files and copied them from your description (Y) Hey, I don't judge. I currently have a Macbook Air and a dual-boot PC with Win8.1 and Ubuntu on it. I like them all for the things they're good at. Glad you got your wallet fixed!

The "deposit BTC" message is a bit ... yeah, but hey, she looks great.
I wonder what the transaction fee is?

You should be able to restore the old wallet just by copying the backed up file (wallet.dat) to the correct folder on your computer. On a default install in windows, that would be:
X:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Worldcoin
where X: is the drive your Windows system is installed on and [your user name] is your actual user name. Note that the AppData folder is hidden by default, so you'll need to open up File Explorer, then tick the box on the "View" tab that says "Hidden" to see the hidden folder.
This assumes you're using Windows 8/8.1. If you're using something else, let us know and someone will be able to figure out how to get you access/restore the wallet.
Once you have the backup wallet.dat file restored to its proper location, just launch the wallet software and it will sync back up with your data.
