You can check the team on the first page of this thread, but I don't get why would the headquarters be something important? Not with the current IT landscape. People work in different places and communicate online and it works great. |

Many ICOs struggle at the moment with raising funds,but once we get into bull market,it will change for sure.
I still think this project has a lot of potential and should not be discouraged by the current state of the market. As we have seen in the past, everything can change in a second. |

What will happen in case you dont reach soft cap?
There are a couple of options if that happens. They can always abandon the project, but that's not really the best option. A better option is to review your goals and see what you can do with the funds you have. And they can always search for additional investors. Hello MrSlave, This is correct, there is always some option to considering other option and study if project can work with already funds raised. Also keep talking with big investors and much more. Again let's be positive we've just 1 month announcing, there is more to come. I think it's up to the two people that made that agreement. I don't see any reason why not to. Whatever works. You can't dictate what they can give as a gift. but it's not clear in what form those gifts can be given I'm sure someone from the team will answer this. There will probably be a 3rd party provider for purchases. The problem is, not many 3rd party providers are dealing with crypto, so it will be limited. Im hoping someone will give some info. I wonder how the purchases will work. They still might be working out that part. It's not easy as it looks and it might change depending on how bug the project gets. |

Hello Mcfaddenjason, It's a early to talk any Bittrex or Poloniex. I'm sure you can understand those two high class exchange require already existing and installed project. Which it's our goal. ZeCash Team True, and you still have some time on your roadmap before this happens. I don't get why ppl keep pushing for exchange info, I don't know what they get out of it. Maybe just some overall standing of the process - to see how many exchanges back it up. I think people somehow read into the exchanges a bit more - to see the rating of a project. Hm, could be, still, it's forcing it a bit. Some people aren't in it for the long run. So they don't even check out the long-term benefits. Those kind of people will never have huge gains and benefits from crypto. Or from any investment if that's the way they handle business. |

I know you have raised much funds, but I have never seen this written in a WP before - so the funds if cap is not reached would be returned and what with the project?

Why does Thinkcoin have its own token? Why not just use Ether or Bitcoin?
You can say ask that for any other project,generating your own token is so easy nowdays and brings number of advantages.So why not. So to growth we will need to have some legal duty to be handled. 5% of token allocation will be just for "Legals" aspects in order to not stop ZeCash growth. ZeCash Team Legal advisors are a must in this crazy and mostly unregulated space. Definitely legal advisors. But sometimes teams have a legal team member already. I would assume that from the start each crypto project has legal advisors because there are hurdles to overcome in each ICO. But also it is OK to add more experience and more legals to the team.
