Hello everyone, anyone had actually custom coded one crypto faucet from scratch?
I know there's actually a turnkey or pre built faucet, i actually tried it before

But then i wanted to create a faucet for custom coins from scratch and gotta learn some programming i guess
Hence, what and how many language i would need to learn?
PHP, JS, HTML?

Thanks and regards
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: March 26, 2019, 05:02:00 PM
Everyone hope it happens since the Q1 of 2018
We are now in the Q1 of 2019
What i would like to say is it wouldn't really come back that easily
We are in a heavy bearish crash with bearish sentiment

Despite everyone believe that crypto will soon be exposing to the non-crypto user with the help of technology adoptions like smart phone, pc and etc
But still, technical wise we are still on the sideways
Q1 is going to be end in very few days and not much of price growth happened with bitcoin but some altcoins had good growth so which is the positive we need to take from Q1 and hope for the Q2 will be more better.

Well yeah, i guess based on the recent trading volume and movement, Q2 would be better there? If we get to consolidate and maintain the volume or grows the trading volume
Then Green day would likely be back!
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Jupxfund - A bot traded fund token that is build on top of Jupiter Blockchain on: March 26, 2019, 11:09:21 AM
Note: I am not a Dev of Jupiter Blockchain, I am here just to spread about this new blockchain so everyone can have a play with it

About JupXFund
Its a ready traded fund that is handled by bots with custom algorithms.
Coin Supply: 5,000
Coin Price: 0.1 Jupiter ~ 0.00001 ETH Each (Minimum to buy 500= 0.005 ETH, Max one person can buy 1000 = 0.01 ETH)
If you are ready to sell it back, it can always sell back at floor price of 0.00001 ETH Each.

Trading will be done on binance and the profit will then be moves to Waves platform for purchasing Darcrus, then swap to Jupiter
All the revenue share will then paid in Jupiter as Jupiter is the native token of Jupiter Blockchain

Requirement to participants in the Trading Fund Pool
- Knowledge of reading and understanding instructions
- Knows how to sent a transaction without paying more fee than the transaction itself

Steps
1) https://blog.darcr.us/darcrus-to-jupiter-swap-is-now-open-ae767d538a37 - Read and understand, download Jupiter local wallet or uses the web wallet.

585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does crypto keep screwing me over?? on: March 26, 2019, 10:58:25 AM
yea lol, this is why trading isn't that easy
Hence, its better for you to "invest" than trading

Trading requires you to buy, then sell, and repeat to make profit
But for long term investing, you just buy in, aim a profit and have your stop loss
That's it
You won't lost a huge profit you will be failing to get and if the price plummet you still hold because you believe long term would make it better
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe bull market is coming? on: March 25, 2019, 07:46:59 AM
Well i believe it just the matter of time the bull will upturn the bears
However, it might take a long time? Or it could just happen next month?

We are not sure about it, but i believe technical wise we are in a sideway movement, no one is controlling the trend now but on a big picture, we are still in a bearish trend
If we are looking for real world catalyst that could make a pump, i would give that nomination to Bakkt
I believe Bakkt could really do something on it
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dump, Dump, DUmp, what is future? on: March 25, 2019, 07:39:34 AM
Your post is in 2018
We are now in 2019 and look at what happen

The bulls couldn't compete and the bears conquer for quite a long session there
As we are in a consolidating pattern now
We are not in a bulls yet, as its not easy to turn a market from bulls to bears or bears to bulls unless there's a huge impact
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: March 25, 2019, 07:36:23 AM
Wow this would be good as despite USDT changed their terms saying that they are not 100% backed by USD

Anyhow, if i am a bounty hunter, if i could swap USDT to real cash
I would prefer to take USDT there
Unless the bounty token is potential to make a few flip jump
Else, i would just do my work safe and get paid in USDT
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: March 25, 2019, 07:33:40 AM
BNB is insanely good despite the market is still on a bearish sentiment
It went up during the bulls market, now it went up in a half bearish market

I Can't imagine what would be the price of BNB for the next bull run
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC price and trading volume going up on: March 25, 2019, 07:32:32 AM
Good analyze there
And yeah, most of the major altcoin aside from Bitcoin are actually accumulating up its volume and price were moving upwards

But still, it really looks at if the momentum keeps up or just a short term one
If the volume can consistently went up, you know what's the next thing Smiley - Bull
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will POS become the norm and replace POW forever? on: March 23, 2019, 10:08:03 AM
Well we will have more and more different type of cryptographic validation method
Anyhow yeah, POS is kinda a good validation method

The theory is kinda straightforward, You need 51% of it.
But what's the point of a 51% Attack where you perform the attack and you hold 51% of the coins?
It is kinda a suicide there
DPOS, LPOS is better somehow?
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market prediction 2019 on: March 22, 2019, 06:18:07 AM
My point of view here
It should be a recovery from the last bearish season, but it might not be a full recover at least until after 2020 imo
But, it is still hard to actually say that it will not happen, crypto market is way too small at least compare to other market with Trillions
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income from cryptocurrencies in 2019 on: March 22, 2019, 04:31:17 AM
Well i will definitely say yes

I mean the main thing about decentralization is not I am the boss, i control but we are the boss, we manage.
Hence in order to have people running nodes/network, there are paid by incentives for providing the hardware and software to maintain the server (Blockchain, Databases, and etc)
Thus, you can see coins algorithm are becoming more and more advance from POS/POW > DPOS/LPOS > and more
594  Other / Meta / Re: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ on: March 22, 2019, 04:21:07 AM
Wanted to ask Regarding on
4. No referral code (ref link) spam. [1]

Does this means we are allowed to post Ref links as long as we don't spam it?
Because over the year, i always thought Ref links are not allowed, but after browsing through forums for quite some time
I realize people do post their Ref links and their own website/blogspots

It is allowed?
Kindly solve my doubt

Thanks and regards,

595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: it's hard for me now to be able to speculate crypto prices? on: March 21, 2019, 02:43:41 PM
Well market is always up and down, we could try to forecast and speculate but if you made proper analyze and research
Don't worry, you will be fine
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What made you fall in love with crypto? on: March 21, 2019, 07:32:49 AM
Ease of transfer with people all over different country

You can do it with TT, Paypal and etc but it is too troublesome and expensive to do that
Sending a $50 through TT requires me to pay at least $3-5 for the fee, almost 10% fee
Paypal does charge much if it requires a currency conversion

Bitcoin? Ethereum? They don't have such problem unless network is congested like previously where each transaction cost $10 and even $100 damn
But with the scaling of blockchain, i believe cryptocurrency is just too good to solve remittance's main issue: Speed/fee
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bullish trend has commence! on: March 21, 2019, 07:30:48 AM
Well as Bitcion price is holding up above $4,000 few these few day
I feel kinda happy because this shows that if the support level of $4,000 is respected

Our next target will be $5,000!
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO will be replaced by IEO on: March 20, 2019, 03:45:10 PM
Nope imo

IEO is one of the method to crowdfund
Personally i still prefer the ICO with the smart contract of receive ICO token once contribution is made
Somehow IEO could be bias there because you must be registered to an exchange and pass certain KYC.
If i just wanted to buy a coin, why should i provide my identity evidence for a 3rd party exchange, isn't it?
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: JP Morgan Coin only created to dump XRP price? on: March 20, 2019, 03:43:27 PM
Well i believe JP morgan will be the one who get dumped by XRP. (Although i am not a fan of XRP tho, not a fan of it since the day i know about crypto lul)

Anyhow, i believe most people would rather partner with XRP than partner with JPMorgan IMO. Despite JP Morgan is one of the largest bank in the world with huge credibility.
However they are not the pioneer in the tech, they just see, learn and try to follow. Not innovative enough at least imo. And they doesn't have a fix supply iirc
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you hate the most about your current exchange? on: March 20, 2019, 03:40:45 PM
Nothing, aside from adding random dodgy sketchy coin
Basically i use almost all the realiable one like IDEX, binance, Bitfinex and so

However the most thing i hate is adding those dodgy coin. (Anyhow, as an exchange there are suppose to list any coins tbh imo. This is because as an exchange you are serve as a medium and as a platform to allow people to trade, but not filter the good coins for people.)
But, i like how exchange filter coins before adding them because this shows that they wanted to have a good long run on their business
