Now, a brief status update: - Interesteds aren't necessary anymore. Enough interest has been shown. I am active in development (will edit OP)
- I expect to have an easy-to-use setup and configuration tool ready by end of the week
- GitHub repositories have been initialized at https://github.com/PiNX-Community. Again, nothing of consequence is in place
- Everything will live in the GitHub repository with permissive licenses.

An FYI: The PiNX java client will be one of the last pieces of software to be finished. Nxt source is scheduled for release in April, and it will be extremely tricky (if not impossible) to create a valid clone before then. PiNX will exist as a pure fork of Nxt, so we will use the Nxt java client until then. Marketing angle: A digital currency for Makers, by Makers. Registration window: May be extended to allow outreach to the Maker community. Framework is in place for community collaboration. I'm not seeking help just yet but if you have any ideas, jump right in! It seems a nice start. |

nobody see cause everybody still not have 100 verifications which vircurex wants yes 100 confirmations are too much..... Bter ask for only 20 confirmations. So nxt on vircurex is negative or positive to the price? Any prediction? |

Now, I can say at least 80% possibility this is a SCAM.
1. exe_COIN is a brand new account.
2. exokk is a member. However, when I search his previous posts, I found all of his posts are to express interest on some new coins ( such as a lot of nxt clones) or to ask for giveaways. All of his posts revealed him as a totally miner and a fail investor. The most funny thing is exokk has even been scammed by Aeoncoin. I can't expect a 2nd generation coin dev is in such a suck stage.
So say bye to you, bro.

My other question is, where do the other 30'000 bitcoins go? Do the founders have to invest into the project too or are they simply awarded the 0.5X Ethereum.
Otherwise, the project looks promising but there I'm skeptical regarding ROI.

Everyone else is impoverished. It's no wonder GS are interested in this project. Satoshi knew the dangers of inflation and designed bitcoin so we could escape this slavery. I'll be staying away from this one.
It actually decreasing. 1.5X + 0.4X per year So: Year 1: 1,5X Year 2: 1,9X (26% increase) Year 3: 2,3X (21% increase) and so on. Until it gets near 0% in the distant future. Let's say 0% in the "distant" future. How distant exactly is it ? We need expect Eth can still survive for so long time. I was interested in this project as it's with new features, transparent teams, well spread. I am in hesitation. I think the investors will take all risks (maybe very high) and have no equally high profit expectation. Actually we can calucate that fairly easily. Lets say you define 2% as "No inflation". Then 1.5X+0.4XY = 1.02 1.5X+0.4X(Y+1) Something is wrong with this equation. The right part should be 1/1.02, I think. To solve the equation, we can get Y~46.25. Yeah, we will have no inflation in 2070s. (consistent with the result in whitepaper).  What is the total amount of inflation from IPO until 2070? Assuming that Eth will reach the hard cap (30000BTC) at IPO, there are about 30,000,000-60,000,000 eths sold in total (Let's take a median value 45,000,000). Considering 50% premine, the amount of eth should be 1.5*45,000,000 ~ 67,500,000 at launch. Until 2070, the total amount of eth should be 67,500,000*(1+0.4*46)~ 1,309,500,000. So just don't worry about the inflation. The amount JUST increase about 20 times in 46 years. It's only a bit, isn't it? |
