the price is deeply down because many miners are dumping so Dev should take care of this project ? I think GPU miners are doing this fact but the coin is only for CPU mining. what do you say about this? just waiting for your answer.
as of now there might be only one with a gpu miner, but thats just speculation, no facts its just people dumping and low buy support |

@felixbrucker, the point is not in that I can do or can't , the point is that I can MINE this coin with GPU if there is a GPU miner in exist, and so it's about the equal conditions ultimately.
well if i had a gpu miner i would keep it private, same applies here, you might not like it but it's their right, no one needs to opensource their code if they dont want to yes that would result in no equal conditions, but so is life |

i was under the impression that the giants have a 4gb card only, how does the 8gb image work for them? the 3.0 image is the 5.X image, right? I am talking about my Quads. 8GB. By the way if I were you try this version, same controller and same chips for hashing what the hack. i see, i made an image from my first giants which had the 4.9.4 sgminer on them and used it for my newer ones i dont have them anymore, i sold them, but still have the image for future miners if necessary  Would you be so kind to upload it somewhere? lol. well.. I can see clearly that you're optimizing algorithms in asm nowdays:) no ambiguity there.
I guess it's something like that: If I start EXE on cryptonote for AVX2 on a CPU that supports it I still see that it's supposedly runs with SSE2 optimization, as it's a 'feature' of the algo implementation. So the question remains: should the best results be achieved with the miner that is "optimized for SSE2" even though it runs on AVX2 capable platform?
afaik the cpuminer bins distributed are compiled for this arch (features), so using a AVX2 bin with a AVX2 cpu on a SSE2 only algo yields the same results as using a SSE2 only bin as the miner uses the same code paths (but the AVX2 bin can use the AVX2 paths as well, but for this algo there arent any, so its the same) |
