that makes sense but since neymar was not happy anymore in PSG and it may possible as long as neymar can still get a good salary in the new club. He is now in conflict with mbappe. You're right about Neymar was arrogant as a player. It's not that PSG was unhappy with neymar but neymar itself who has been deciding to leave from the club. Since neymar's intention to leave from the club already appeared and many of his scandals got revealed to the public too. There's a news where Marcelo decide to leaves Olympiacos which result termination on his contract, so he need to pay the penalty fee to Olympiacos. I don't understand why he did this because he's not a good player anymore, his peak performance was at 2017-2018 after then his performance start to drop and it's make Real Madrid don't want to extend his contract. It's difficult for me to believe Chelsea will score goals in the second leg. Chelsea's biggest problems is creating chances and scoring goals. They have not scored more than 1 goal in a match the whole of this year. Dortmund on the other hand is a team that know how to score goals.
If Chelsea can stop Dortmund from scoring and they themselves are able to score two goals then they can qualify, but I highly doubt that. I believe Dortmund will win the second leg too.
