So this sounds like you should be angry at kodtycoon and noone else. That's the only thing that would make sense and the only thing others would agree with you. You have absolutely no reason to smear NEM or anyone other than kodtycoon which is also why you'll never hear an apology from them (or i guess "us"). Exactly, Kodtycoon is the only one that should apologise to you, which I think he did already having read the emails you both posted. As far as I know the CECVW situation is handled so everyone can rest assured things are back to normal.
I am afraid to say that situation has just been handled by Dev sending me one unique PM asking if I want to discuss it openly or privately. So, nothing has changed, and nothing has been discussed yet. I wouldn't consider things back to normal at all, not yet at least So what exactly is the situation ? jaco38 apparently did not bother to deal with this serious issue after we explained everything in PM to him about what was the problem and he did not respond to a single allegations we gave him. We were just willing to discuss about this issue with the Nem core team before going straight to the exchanges and start to discuss it deeply with them. But if no one from Nem core is interested in discuss it, than no problem at all, we will discuss it straight with the exchanges, an I just found those older posts. Is it still about those 3 stakes you can't access eventhough they were sent to the addresses you registered ? I think NEM team are keeping secrets from each other, I suggest you to contact jaco38, nothing to do with the 3 stakes and I dont know what exchanges have to do with NEM distribution. This is my opinion:
Maybe this is a good time to test the voting power of the NEM community and make a decision as a collective to give these people who forgot their last chance.
The option would be for a percentage of their original stake (if the funds are available), the other percentage going back to the NEM fund as a penalty for not redeeming within the allotted time range.
Maybe something along the lines of 50% given of their original stake.
It's just an idea, the community needs to decide if they are willing to do it.
Surely we don't want to go back that route again. This was long discussed and at the end people that missed the original deadline were given 3 extra months after launch to claim. If he missed both deadlines is only a fault of his own, although he will obviously blame others. |

The deadline was for redeeming not for purchasing. If you did redeem it then your stakes should have been created in the genesis block, otherwise I'm afraid there is nothing anyone can do about it. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong. |
