What's with the 25 BTC sell wall at 7? Somebody trying to hold the value down?
seems so, well i guess people wanna get some cheap coins, i am getting some more for sure Did ECC commit suicide by trading to early @ mintpal? I dont think so, this all is normal, early days of MINT on mintpal was pretty much the same. Some of the miners dumping coins to pay the bills, other trying to push down the price so they can get cheap etc. Mint was around 5-8 satoshi for about 10 days. The dev is working really hard, the communtiy is also doing a great job and growing, we just need to survive that initial "pay the bills" dumping and after a week or so it should become stable. Just dont panic and sell, hold it and see the coin grow. DO NOT forget that the coin is still very very young and there is still a lot of time for the POW fase to be over etc. Hold it and belive in ECC ! |

Buy support at mintpal looks healthy, considering that all miners are trying to dump and pay the bills ( nothing bad in that ).
I am going to start some facebook campaings in the next few days, details will be anounced here and anyone who wants to donate will be welcome ( i will donate a lot my self ).
Also i am starting to build the team to promote the coin more to merchants, anyone from the community that thinks he can help is welcome to msg me.
ECC is doing great and the lower price is actualy good cuz more people will be able to buy and get in to the coin.

I think there is no need for panic here, its totaly normal that the price stays at around this levels for the next few days maybe even a couple of weeks. Mint was at the 6sat level for more then 10 days, blackcoin was dumped to 500sat and stayed there for more then a week. Its totaly normal that we see ECC stays at 4/5/6 sat for some time.
And this is actualy good cuz this brings more people into the community. When people see low price, they buy and then they start being more interested in the coin etc.
Also right now Blackcoin is in the spotlight, everyone is looking at it and trying to daytrade. So ECC's volume of 30+ BTC/day is still very good, mint's volume is just around 10.
This coin's launch was pretty much perfect, the dev is working really hard and the community is growing. Things will happen but it takes some time.
Just hold it, support it and this coin will have a bright future.

ECC coin is doing AMAZING ! We got mintpal now, bter and cryptsy next Community is growing and more and more people discovering the potential of the coin. The dev is working his ass off for the coin and is responding to everything, what can i say, a honest and devoted and a growing community - this is just a reciept for success ! I have one idea but i need help for it, lets create a proffesional presentation of ECC, something that shows WHY any merchant should start using ECC. My English is not near the level required for something like that and i also never did such a presentation. If there are people that have been doing something like that professionaly, you can contact me and we can start doing that. In the same time i will start creating a list of merchants that might be interested in ECC coin and as soon as we have the presentation ready i will start contacting them. Dev, community, tell me what you think about that. Lets get ECC where it belongs ! |

Voting every day, every hour The coin is doing great so far ! We just need some more exposure and getting on more exchanges and it will start growing pretty fast. The prices right now are very very good for buying, soon you wont be able to see this prices again. |

I know I am quite new this sort of thing, but is anyone else getting annoyed by people selling at 2 sat?
tbh i am very happy about this, how else would i get a lot of ECC for such a low price ? Let them dump more, if any one wants to dump more at 2 sat just pm me |

wowow i'v been away for some time and i see a lot of changes. The new wallet looks great, the community is doing a great job also ! The price is waaaay lower then it should be but this is just temporary, with this community, dev and the everyone else working on the coin it just cant fail |

what about spreading hash power guys??! our pool is working very fine: stratum never failed, frontend is fast now... but only 150MH/s, we lack miners! our pool was the FIRST one to support EC Coin! please come on to http://ecc.coins4everyone.com and let's hash some more blocks! ;-) Can vouche for coins4everyone, i have been using them for 3 different coins ( this one is the 4-th ) and mining almost never stoped. Great work guys. Love the effort people are putting in. Please don't have a "was blackcoin instamined" section on the site. Dogecoin started at zero difficulty and billions were mined in the first week leading to 6 addresses holding > 50% of all the coins, yet no-one cares. Half the people who read the site won't even know what "instamining" is until we educate them.
I have some coins to contribute towards the bounties. But I am instead thinking of running an advertising campaign on reddit, for $200 you can reach tens of thousands of people.

Well coinader seems to be the WORST exchange that i have used so far. I set up orders all the time and after a while they get canceled for NO reason whatsowever ... This is so anoying ...
