Leggo un po' meravigliato di questa vicenda  . Capisco tutto, anche le supersfighe successe a btcstore a cui faccio gli auguri per sua moglie, ma la situazione di babybell è veramente insostenibile e getta discredito sulla intera categoria di noi dealers/venditori. GIANNAT ha ragione ad aver messo quel trust negativo. Non si può far aspettare una persona da ferragosto in qua per quella cifra che, per chi acquista (e non solo), è rilevante, ma per chi scrive di fare volumi e trattative da 20.000 euro e con uno storico di transazioni come BTCstore, non può essere motivo di dilazione dei propri obblighi. Se hai la sfortuna di avere dei soldi bloccati su Bitstamp (anche a me è successo), la prima cosa è rimborsare il cliente e chiudere il contenzioso, visto che la cifra non è poi così insostenibile. Una volta sbloccata la situazione con Stamp, lo si potrà ricontattare e probabilmente riprendere il filo della trattativa o cmq mantenere un buon rapporto di fiducia per il futuro. Ora, se posso dare un consiglio, btcstore faccia il rimborso immediato in euro per la differenza che manca (€780, se non erro...) e chiuda questa vicenda penosa che si è protratta anche troppo a lungo. In alternativa, invii a babybell il corrispondente in bitcoin alla quotazione attuale così, bene o male, visto il calo rilevante della quotazione in questi mesi, anche lei potrà goderne e sentirsi almeno parzialmente rimborsata da tutta questa attesa. Per il bene della comunità bitcoiners ed il buon nome della nostra categoria (dealers/venditori), se ciò non viene fatto nel arco brevissimo di tempo (max 48-72 ore), suggerisco ai moderatori di sottoporre a ban btcstore o ad una misura che gli faccia perdere la propria posizione di credibilità all'interno del forum (senior member, trust ecc.). Ciò per salvaguardare proprio ed anche la credibilità che questi strumenti del forum procurano ai propri iscritti. Spiace comunque leggere di queste situazioni quanto meno incresciose, ma un provvedimento va preso anche nel rispetto di chi da volontario qui sul forum (e non parlo certo del sottoscritto), si smazzola per smascherare scammers e trolls vari che altrimenti avrebbero già ridotto questo spazio ad una discarica di spazzatura. Non può ne bannare ne ridurre il rank (e quello neanche theymos, che è il numero 1 di tutto il forum può fare). Ciò però non giustifica ciò che è successo, in quanto btcstore doveva almeno rimborsare l'user che non aveva avuto i suoi bitcoin. Non vale la pena spostarlo nella sezione scam, in quanto la vera e propria truffa non è stata ancora appurata, non ci sono ancora novità in merito. Ma il diritto di lasciare feedback negativi che poi verranno tolti al momento del saldo all'utente che ha già pagato per i suoi bitcoin c'è tutto. |
