I have a problem relating to the withdrawal of my signature campaign funds, as my account has supposedly been locked. I don't see any previous reports of a case like mine, although the support helper said it was due to multiple accounts on my address.
When I try to withdraw, I am complete the whole withdrawal process, but after I click "cash out", my pending balance remains at 0.
I have tried contacting support, and they said it was because my account could not withdraw a bonus. So I declined the bonus and tried to withdraw again, but to no avail. It's been more than three days and no response from support, so I've decided to take it to the forum in the hopes of a faster and more helpful response.
If anyone can help me. Please PM me so we can continue in private. When my matter is resolved, I will edit this post accordingly.
Your account need to be unlocked. Please contact support and report to them your situation, they will solve it, don't worry. Do you have 2 account? Do you use VPN? This is the main reason of a locked account. |

what happen when withdraw is not that fast !
I Request a withdraw about 18 hours ago and today i saw withdraw still not processed.So i start gamble with the chips and lost some bad beats and lost it all.Now really frustrated that if the withdraw proceeded.I could not lost my chips/btc.
well things happens like this but if you guys improved this issue that would be fun.

That was strange that break time  . Anyway, freeroll of betcointm are very rich, every day you can made something like 0.04-0.05 if you're a good player  I didn't realise you were "Campaign manager Betcoin.tm/Human Resources" when I was playing you in that cash game. The other guy was complaining that you were playing as if you could see his hole cards and now I guess I know why he was suspicious. I also ever lost from him one time when i play with him in cash game. He was get Full House from his card AA and i was get Straight to A. I lost around 30mBTC. Hopely this not happen to him That was only lucky days for me. I've also lost many all-in against another player (bctmuser), so, I wasn't so lucky as you said. |

I saw too many peoples at level 5 or 6. how they increase their level that first? i am having hard time to increase the levels.played infinite freerolls and .05/.1 cash games but still at level 2. how i can increase the level much faster?
You'll have to wager lot of bitcoins on different games to increase your level faster. i'm not sure how much you will have to wager to reach the highest level status maybe betcoin team could tell us? I played at least 1.5 Hour at .05/.1 NL holdem table and it just increase my 2 points now at 22/100.And i think i wagered at least 60 chips.i think level increase too fast if i win at tourneys.Still not sure i think only betcointm can clarify this. Gildarts, if you want to level up follow this rules. How do I level up my character?

Thanks for removing the "infinite freedom freerolls".
I was finding it impossible to do anything other than multi-table them every waking moment, and it was giving me a headache.
Focusing on 6 tables without breaks is an intense experience, but exhausting.
I'm not able to play in more tables at the same moment and I don't like to do it because I can not study the other player in good way. Are you focusing on 6 tables? :O |

I've been playing poker at betcoin.tm for a few days now. I never deposited, and got up to 40 mBTC from the freerolls and decided to try a withdrawal to see if it worked, how long it took, etc.
The withdrawal process is kind of weird. You can't withdraw until you sign a message with an address in your wallet, and then you can only withdraw to that address. It seems to promote address reuse when I would rather withdraw to a different address each time, but whatever.
I requested a withdrawal of 20 mBTC at 2:55pm and the transaction showed up in my wallet at 8:50pm - so it took a little less than 6 hours.
I think is the best way to prevent scams or hacks,the gambler has the satisfaction that his funds cannot be stolen even if he doesn't keeps any password to his casino's account.The 6 hours sucks though,maybe lack of support on support ..lol It is required some time for withdraw because withdraw are handling manually, and not in automatic. |
