What can you provide as a marketing/pr for non-ico crypto company?

AmaZix is partnered together with Renowned & Co, which is a firm specialising in cryptocurrency and blockchain marketing, and can offer these services through them.

You can read about our partnership here.
43  Economy / Marketplace / Re: A tool to avoid scammers on: July 23, 2018, 06:37:07 AM
Crypto influencers are a good way of checking out what's new and what's popular, but it's not really a tool to avoid scammers, since you are still vulnerable to the scammers targeting the legitimate websites you end up checking out after seeing what influencers recommend. Always practise good security behaviors online regardless of your source.

We've also recently partnered up with Brandshield, the developers of a new anti-scam platform called MyShield. They've got a great track record of protecting brand names from scams, forgeries, fraud, malicious websites, etc. Our own Telegram channels aggressively seek out and remove threats to our communities too.

It's a crypto jungle out there!

46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How important is a community behind a crypto project? on: July 21, 2018, 08:50:09 AM
You can never overestimate the importance of the community in a crypto project.

Take a look at Bitcoin. The first crypto. If Satoshi had remained the only developer behind it, if others never voluntarily stepped in to help tweak the code. If the hundreds of volunteers who still today contribute, whether by code fixes, maintaining nodes, discussing the tech... in real life:
- crypto anarchists splashing the Bitcoin message with billboards across Slovakia: https://bitcoinnews.com/national-bank-of-slovakia-illuminated-by-massive-bitcoin-sign/
- Developers campaigning in Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, users finding ways to use crypto in countries trying to ban them like Venezuela and India.

All this for free, mind you. No bounties to reward them, no complaints that they're not getting paid for their efforts, which is a thousand times more difficult than submitting Twitter reports.

Without that community, Bitcoin wouldn't enjoy the success it currently does. And alts/tokens would never be where they are today.

This is a great service, very professional and responsible
We did several jobs with Amazix, they are professionals.

Congratulations AMAZIX

Thank you for your words, rDieminger. We hope you've enjoyed the opportunities and learning together with AmaZix. We've really grown over the past year, together with our communities. Don't forget to follow us across our various social media channels - lots of new developments are taking place as AmaZix approaches a significant milestone in terms of partner projects. Mainstream media seem to be indicating a slowdown in ICO intake and launches, but for our part, we've not seen any dip in demand from potentials seeking our assessment expertise, even in the current climate of depressed cryptocurrency markets.

Price fixations aside, there is still so much blockchain- and crypto-related technology implementations hungry for support.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: my wallet [Suspicious link removed] not receiving bitcoin, why? on: July 11, 2018, 12:59:28 PM
Can you look up all the addresses you have on your wallet on explorer and see if there is any balance on any of them? I think users above are right, you probably got hit by a malicious script that replaces the wallet address with that of the hijacker. You've got to all related addresses here so users can help identify what went wrong, and transaction IDs.

Maybe screenshot the url you created the wallet at as well, your links are always removed by the forum.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I've been waiting for bitcoin transaction for 4 hours+... WTF??? on: July 09, 2018, 06:28:53 AM
Often the network is loaded or a small commission can be selected. I once when the network was loaded translation took 11 days. But all is well received.

Not true, often, the network is very well-managed. Blocks have even been not full for the past few days, in the times I looked at, anyway. I know they have been spikes of over 5k transactions waiting to be confirmed, but this is perfectly normal even, especially when there have been few blocks found in a period of time... everything evening out when many blocks are found together. Bitcoin has been scaling properly according to demand. You've to be really unlucky to have to wait 11 days if you paid a fee that matched the state of the network, and with RBF and CPFP options, or even Antpool "accelerators", urgent txs can be pushed easily.
54  Other / Archival / Re: Unpaid Bounty Effort on: July 08, 2018, 02:48:41 PM
like some of you said, it is better to start joining the bounty when the softcap is reached.  this is so true, because we have to protect ourselves from wasting our time.  however, from my experience, Amazix and G0blin are the bounty managers that have been doing very well.  So far, all of their projects that have i participated have surpassed softcap and also reached hardcap.  Shivom, XYO, Effect.ai etc.

Thank you for your comment. AmaZix does try very hard to bring quality and value to the blockchain scene. Value is underrated in our opinion, and it is something we think about a lot in our undertakings. Not just value to you as the community, but value to our partners as project implementers, and value to the industry as a whole. Blockchain and cryptocurrency are still very, very much in the early stages, and to bring them truly into the mainstream, real world use case must be developed.
55  Other / Archival / Re: Unpaid Bounty Effort on: July 07, 2018, 12:57:12 PM
According to some research, many trends are beginning to appear in ICOs launched this year, and of course, there's a lot of reason behind why a lot of them fail. 2018 is already a very different market from 2017. Prices are low, so investors are holding on for better prices. Regulations are tighter and investors are a bit reluctant to complete KYC in some cases, or are outright restricted from participating. And then you have scams - research is suggesting as much as 10% of all ICO money raised is lost to fraud and scams.

Perhaps you can make it easier on yourself and look at projects that have already gone through some form of vetting - AmaZix is one of these options, as all of our clients pass through a very strict vetting paid process, of which we have quite a low approval rate (currently only 20% of those who pay for our assessment process are accepted as partners).

It by no means guarantees success, but it does mean that the projects we partner with have what we believe to be the best chances of success from many different criteria.

For those we manage promotion work, you can find current an ongoing ones at bounties.biz.
56  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: any wallet which support bitcoin withdrawal to my bank account ? on: July 06, 2018, 09:14:00 AM
Only centralized wallets would be able to do that. By nature of decentralization, if you use an open source wallet that only lets you control private keys, then there's really no way this could be possible, at least for the moment.

And by centralized wallets, meaning those belonging to exchanges. The only way to get a withdrawal to your bank account is to sell Bitcoin. This happens at an exchange. Or, you could go peer-2-peer like on Localbitcoins. Find someone else willing to buy your Bitcoin. Sell it to them, they send you cash to your bank account.

However you look at it, converting Bitcoin to cash simply means selling it to the entity, at their rate.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: BTC stuck in wallet due to Pvt key issues on: July 05, 2018, 02:10:37 PM
I don't think anyone's judging you. It's just that you should be really careful about using Bitcoin properly, especially when involving so much money. Like LoyceV says above, you should be the one giving an address to deposit funds to. Lesson learnt, only accept Bitcoin to your own wallet. Even if the sender gives you a working address with private keys, you should immediately sweep those funds to your own wallet.

You should be the only one controlling a wallet. And yes, I'm afraid you've been scammed. There is no backdoor and no genius who can obtain those keys for you. Just that "broker".

59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💰💰 Where are Steemit Bounties at?!?! 💰💰 on: July 03, 2018, 01:58:19 PM
Good initiative to see, and forgive this post if the information has already been shared, but most, if not all of AmaZix content creation programs (now referred to as Community Rewards) welcomed Steemit as a platform, provided it meets all of our criteria for what makes a good value, relevant audience and readership.

Steemit has a lot of potential, being crypto-friendly. But I wonder if any of you Steemit users would agree that its incentive model is vulnerable to collusion activities? It's difficult not to ignore all the upvote and Resteem bots visiting almost every post that's worth more than a few cents.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Prices for listing on diffrent exchanges on: July 02, 2018, 03:09:54 PM
Listing is a very political point for new project tokens, and as you can see, very expensive. Binance commands perhaps what is the world's biggest volume now, if not soon also the most users, so you can expect that figure to grow - and not even reduce should Bitcoin price increase. Liquidity of tokens for a project after launching also becomes a concern these days, which is why some have opted to partner with liquidity platforms such as Bancor, which takes away some of the concerns for making them available post launch.
