While a HUGE fan of the new wallet idea I just don't understand the point of an 'App Store' within the wallet which now seems to be the primary focus? Maybe I am looking at it the wrong way but these are my concerns.
1) Why would I want a bunch of apps running within my wallet? Like what would they be? People are making comparison to Google Play...so you guys are thinking people want to download games like Angry Birds or Tetris and other smartphoney type apps like AccuWeather to use within their wallet??? Why? Seems like besides being unnecessary it would bloat the Wallet program and make it run slower and/or open a huge can of security issues.
2) This is your wallet aka your personal bank vault holding all your wealth in Particle. Most people don't even trust pre-compiled binaries of their wallet. Who would want/trust to use a 3rd party app within your wallet? Seems like a hug security issue. Who/How verifies that the apps are safe and not doing something nasty?
Interested in what people think and counter arguments.
It would be up to you to decide if you wanted apps running and what apps you trust. Maybe a trader wants access to charts, maybe a business man wants access to his business's online orders. Really can't know what the market will bring until the capability is here. |

how how do you guys see this coingoing for quark value or higher? I have 29,000 k not sure how long i should wait before slowly unloading it
compared to bitcoin this coin should go to $17.00 and that is not counting the improvements this coin has over bitcoin. why exactly 17$? Look at the amount of coins and the market cap. If particle gets the same market cap as bitcoin is right now, then it would be $17 a coin. |

hi guys, very new to PRT. entered as soon as i saw it on coinmarketcap, already with a nice profit  what's impressing me is that no dumping is going on. i saw many times big dumps at the first spike for other coins, not now with prt i hope im not talking too soon  and if it goes on cryptsy and still no big dumps... 1000 is the min Cheeers! If other users are like me, they aren't planning on ever dumping. I might slowly sell some once coin is near $10.00 a coin. |

Okay guys, I'm trying to finalize a logo with moonmoon. What do you think of this one? I tried to keep it clean, minimalist and easy to "read". I think it compliments the original logo and moon's current choice of design.  -Fiku I for one like that logo better than what we have currently. Simple and minimal is the key. Look at bitcoin. |

The riddle is clear. We are debating the true meaning of certain things, such as the meaning of IX.
Fiat money, all of it, bitcoin, iXcoin et al, are not money at all, but mere currencies.
For something to be money it also has to be a store of value and no fiat in the history of mankind has ever been a store of value and bitcoin is fiat since it is backed by nothing; hence, like all fiats before it, it will go to zero; therefore, it can never be called money.
Finally, iXcoin is much more than you realize. It is bitcoin minus all the negatives of bitcoin; therefore; iXcoin is the ideal coin for mass adoption and I believe Bankers, Wall Street, Hedge Funds, etc. are already accumulating it.
The latter is my pure speculation and I put my money where my mouth is. We should find out in the next 3 months if I'm right.
I might buy some more IX tonight. Trade some of my other coins for IX. I had a question Vlad2Vlad about something you said earlier. You mentioned that bitcoin or Ixcoin could make any change, such as block time if needed. Wouldn't the majority of Bitcoin users have to agree to this? otherwise people just stay on the old client? Just a small point I thought of.. |

New to pooled mining. http://core.fedoracoin.net/ hasn't found any new blocks in over 19 hrs. now, though share numbers are increasing. What causes that, and will the shares be paid out eventually when the problem is remedied? You will get paid out according to your share, once your pool finds a block. |
