Wallet version 1.11 does not mint on osx.

Price has taken a hit, but the difficulty is still high. I watch that because it tells me miners are still on block chain.

Well I'm not jailbroken, so any links to a video of iOS app working?

|

Anyone know where to get the iOS app for shadowchat?

This thread should have never been shutdown in the first place. I was the strongest opposition to it closing in the first place. Thanks for opening back up. To bad BC has taken such a hit since that time though.

This is a screenshot of the working Electrum-IXC we will release soon : Anyone interested ? Very nice!! Thanks for sharing. (How come ixco.in comes out of nowhere now?)

Also, Bitcoin's biggest fear and problem is scalability. With empty blocks ixCoin can do massively more transactions than Bitcoin. Is there any way you guys can facilitate a transaction stress test to prove this?
You still never explained how an empty block is any help to a coin. The size of Ixcoin's blocks are the same size before as after the reward ended. (at least if you are talking disk space size.) What do you keep talking about?

Hello fellows, We are a team of cryptocoin enthusiasts with experience in software development and business management. Today we are launching a new exchange, initially dedicated to Ixcoin and Bitcoin, with plans of adding more cryptocurrencies and possibly FIAT, in the future. You can reach the exchange at https://ixco.in, the platform is secure and we employed best industry practices, such as cold storage for IXC and BTC, and default SSL encryption. Ixcoin is one of the first cryptocurrencies launched after Bitcoin. One of the peculiarities of Ixcoin was a block mining reward of 96 IXC, which would have shortened its maturation time and would have lead to Ixcoin supply ending much before Bitcoin. Ixcoin survived and today the mining reward reached 0, the coin continues to thrive and there's growing interest in it. Important companies in the cryptocurrency industry are already showing support to Ixcoin and we think the trend will continue. On the business perspective, we are registered and located in Hong Kong as Ixcoin L.t.d. with regular business license. We raised enough funds to keep us running for a while, also we acquired a significant amount of Ixcoin during the last year. We are also planning to contribute with releasing a version of Electrum wallet specially tailored for IXC, development is ongoing and we will make an announcement soon. We aren't charging trading fees for the time being, the only site fees at the moment are charged on withdrawal. We invite everyone to try the platform and submit feedback through this forum or our email. Thank you Ixco.in Team Vlad, is this you?

You guys have very little time to buy 1,000,000 bits for under $400. I just borrowed $3,500 and bought over 10,000,000 bits. Sounds crazy to the people around me but next year it should [hopefully] all make a lot of sense; albeit, too late for these scared observers who still refuse to buy just one single Bitcoin.
Sheep...they'll buy at $10,000 [and higher] and come back for more...
even more bits in Ixcoin... Or was that you bailing out of Ixcoin last night?
|
|
|
Now 15,700 on CEX....and going...and going...
ZEBEDEE, where are you?? iXCoin ran out of blocks and is quickly dying! hahaha!
[hope I didn't just celebrate prematurely]
Well it's held up better than expected. Still early days though - this coin is dependent on the goodwill of one or two miners. Should they do a cost-benefit analysis and realize they're getting zip for their "support", then let's see... Thanks for showing face. It has done better than I expected as well. I thought there would be a couple flash crashes at least.

You ever going to man up zebedee? And I will just note the fact that no-one has considered the technicals of this by replying to my question of "can the software handle empty blocks?".
Because none of you have a fucking clue.

And one more time: 3 Bitcoins to 18,000 sat.
Good for 17,000 iXcoins.
Edit: OK, not sure that was a good idea. Hope I'm not wrong about what's going on. Going to bed: good night!
It hit 30,000 Sat on Cex

The volume on CEX is just getting getting started.
Wait until Jeffrey Smith releases the Kraken.
Is that anything more than in your imagination Vlad?
|
|
|
Now that we dodged a bullet time to buy some more ixcoin :-)
The hash rate has gone down today though....

Thanks a lot Groundrod.
Can you tell us why we're 94 coins short of 21 million?
As for this attack, it can't be CEX cause they would have succeeded.
But it has to be someone with a massive mining operation cause he thought he might actually succeed.
Does anyone come to mind? lol.
I know who you are Zebedee. Nice try. haha.
Thats actually a good sign. Someone actually sees IXC as a threat, and it also is a good test to see how the blockchain holds up under attack.

100,000 left? Wat?
There's like 74 coins left but the blockchain appears to be stuck.
It can't seem to mine those last 74 coins.
What's going on?
It's all cool Vlad. Blockchain is at 227502

Bummer for you, it just made a zero out block... NO surprises here.

Looks like buyers are hoping for a panic sell. lining up sub 9000 sat on Cex.io

Time will tell.. And not much time at that. FYI, there have been smaller coins that ended PoW without issue.. I realize you hung your reputation on IXC failing so I'm sure you hope the chain locks up! And Vlad hung reputation on IXC sky rocketing. 430 IXC to go....
