1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DeM] Deutsche eMark - DEM - cryptocoin SHA256 POS/POW on: April 17, 2024, 02:11:20 AM
Hello, yes its still minable. You can mine it on https://bowserlab.ddns.net:8080

Miner config:

-a sha256 -o stratum+tcp://bowserlab.ddns.net:3333 -u YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -p c=DEM,d=512

d= is to set the difficulty. Pool will adjusted it automatically.
s1 shows dead for that miner config?

macOS won't run the wallet anyway around this?

6  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 2% fee solo mining 281 blocks solved! on: April 09, 2024, 04:18:40 PM

U1 does not even have a Temp Sensor as far as I remember, still running a U2 with no Temp Sensor.
But here is the U1 support thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=390929.0
And use the newest cgminer version, not that ancient version.

trying to overclock the u1's i've unearthed from a big spring clean up figured i could run them in the desktop without bothering the family. Anyways the temp cut off argument seems to crash the file on opening " --temp-cutoff 80 " im using 3.8.5version

You should create a topic here:  Mining support
whoaaaa that support board looks the medical system in canada just throwing symptoms into the wind and hoping it whispers back thanks for the advice

MEGA HALVING 1000 PHs, i.e. 1 EHs BLOCKPARTY

Hello everyone,

what do you think of a MEGA HALVING block party just before the halving?

Everyone can put as much / as little BTC into the pool as they want and we start with 1000 PHs, i.e. 1 EHs, no matter how many coins we have in the pool, i.e. no matter how long or short the block party runs. That would be something extraordinary.

So shoot at the BTC blockchain with a shotgun

If you want to participate, just send the coins to the known address as usual and leave the TX address in the post.

Is this still a thing unearthed a couple bitmain u1 or 2 I can’t remember what they are and my thoughts went to plugging them into my desktop and then I had the idea rather than clutter my area I remembered the usb port on my newish 5 years oldish asus router and wondered if it was possible and seeing this thread has sparked my interest even greater anywho I’d be shocked if I got a response here seeing how old the thread is.

We start when the group is full or we reach the minimum of 5 people or we can wait it out till we fill the 10 places then start.

I would rather we fill the group to give us the best chance and more hash rate towards the hunt.

At the moment looking like could be just 5 of us but would love more people to jump in.

I feel like it’s been ages since I’ve been on Btc talk and came back to see if these lottery’s were still running!!

Is there any point to any of this if your best share is only 45m?
Seems like any usb miner up to 15TH will never find anything

if you have to ask that question, then you don't know about lady luck.   Finding a block here on cksolo is purely luck.
if stats on app are correct  there are 1490 individuals mining here on solo pool, with about 2368 peices of hardware.
only luck will have 1 of those machines solve the DIFF, no matter how big or small. Tongue Tongue Tongue
you convinced me to hook my wounded S1 back up

All I see is that people in front with Dev dump all they can.. If it would be so perfect, so why is there such a huge dump? It should rise to moon and not dump to dust.
lol what dump? price is at the bottom already. Stop complain and start accumulating
The team divided the coins fairly, many people have a nix (maybe someone just needs money) I think it is not the dev that sells coins, the team works hard and hard work brings large fruits.  Now is the last opportunity to fill bags.

The dev fund has been completely transparent for several months (https://chainz.cryptoid.info/nix/address.dws?38526.htm & https://medium.com/@nixplatform/nix-platform-off-chain-governance-bf4bfe474f6). These accusations are merely just ways to make yourself feel better for the market conditions by putting blame on people.
I dont own Nix and I dont want it, I just wanted to say that as people talk here how superb it is, so why is price dumped to dust..
observes the topic from the beginning, I see that you are shifting FUD, go to another topic, you do not have a coin, you do not follow the project and you say, you are hurt by the success of NIX? They should ban you in this topic, your goal is to make a price and fill your bags, people remember you and you will not get dressed. goodbye

he is sad man, old time fudder and has NIX he is a liar

FUD is funny
Well I need to laugh as newbie accounts talk like this, but the thing is that I wonder why is it dumping instead of rising. That is the question. I have sold my coins long time ago with much greater profit. I think that dev had good idea.
Several people have had their private keys stolen from them because they didn’t head the bright red warning in the console! It is more than likely these small sell offs are the thieves getting rid of their stolen coins at any price because they didn’t buy them. On another note when btc price increases the satoshi value of nix decreases, basically it has hovered around the same price for awhile in terms of USD
