I voeted on Bter 2x today. You can vote once an hour. Make an account. Put some btc on (any amount like .01) after an hour you can vote then vote every hour after it. The more that do this the higher LXC get on the votes page. It's at #81 or so right now. We can do better on Bter.

I put a deposit on the site its been 8hr+ and still not able to vote. The site talks about needing btr which you obtain by trading ( you can accumulate 5000 btr by trading 1 Btc )
