Tengo un instituto educativo en argentina con alumnos del exterior. Uno de ellos es de Venezuela. Necesito saber si hay gente que venda Bitcoins en Venezuela para que pueda usarlos como medio de pago con nosotros.

Realmente aconsejo la de BlockChain, como dije hace tiempo en otro thread, pero debo admitir que si la version para iphone es un 100, la de android es un 45. No me queda claro porqué semejante diferencia en la plataforma gráfica (ej no te muestra facilmente cuantos BTC tenés por wallet generada, solo el total). Pero por otro lado tiene una buena dosis de seguridad en la web ya que la clave privada para operar la mantenés vos localmente (según entiendo) y esta luego se sincroniza vía QR con el celu. Si te lo roban podés entrar a la web y dejar de sincronizarlo.
Obviamente te recomiendo también la de MTGOX ya que LEJOS es la más segura de todas por los muchos niveles de seguridad (clave+yubikey+google) pero obvio que tenés que confiar en ellos como empresa primero que para muchos es dudable.

Seh, en realidad no se me ocurrió y tiene su lógica pero me imagino que si en tantos años ese proyecto no despegó y no logró desarrollar una red de transacciones que justifique el costo de mantenerla, eso significará que el costo de esos activos tampoco será de gran valor...

Volviendo a la pregunta inicial y a las explicaciones ya versadas, hay un punto donde la cantidad de transacciones que se realizan con Bitcoins y que generan comisiones por transacción en los nodos, suple el beneficio por minar el bloque ganador. Esa es la única lógica que permitiría que se siga minando a medida que el premio por minar baje. La gran pregunta es donde se encuentran las 3 curvas (precio de moneda, cant. de transacciones y premio por bloque) y en relación con el costo promedio del HASH/KWatt de los mineros. Obvio que el costo promedio del KW varía mientras más HASH/KW haga una mismo RIG. Pero supongo que varias escenarios numéricos se podrían elaborar.

Se me ocurre que seria interesante armar un Juego de BtcTrading donde la gente paguen 1BTC y cocompitan entre si para ver quien logra maximizar un capital ficticio de 1000BTC + 1000USD, comprando y vendiendo a precios MTGox.
El ganador de la semana se llevaria el 75% del pozo y los adminisradores el 25%.
Lo interesante es que permitira a los jugadores ganar confianza en sus estrategias y promover la inversion real.

Why so much exitment? It dosen´t seems to be a big ammount of buyers moving the trend. It´s true they are paying a 4% more than in MTGox as their site constantly monitors, but it´s normal in small markets, even if it´s big compared with other excahges, 20k are 20k everywhere. What aren´t I noticing?

Once uploaded.to used to acept bitcoins... was it so long ago or is there still a chance to buy premium access with them? I'm trying to download wii games and there's a good site hosting them in uploaded.to.

I didn't tried it yet but I gues that lots of tge users as my self consider btc as an long term investment so do not intend to withdraw. Thow based on my personal experience selling bitcoins.com to Mark using a big amount of trust from my side... I believe that this delays are absolutely intentional, but even so I think mtgox makes a relative good job not being a bank it self.

Human behavior is the clue with this shalow market, were ONE man can drive a strong price change with small investemts such as 250k.

Look at 7$ hombre! This is like a nuclear standoff... everybody showing their sh*t nobody wants to fire 'em off. Spekulatius: 7$ wall is a buying wall, If it has been an error, the seller would absolutelly need to buy low... all I say is that if my (unprobable) presumption is ok, we wont see any 20k wall in sell price... If I had $200k and 20k BTC y could make both walls, but if I accidentally really sold my BTC, then I could only set buy (verry low -under 7,45?- intending to dump prices a bit before I rebuy). I know this is unprobable but human errors occur, it did to me, hombre! Besides strangely Pirate40 appeared talking about the selloff... he never didn´t atributed him self any before I think... --- Thezerg, I didn´t get your point, sorry. |

To silly to think it was just a human error???
I learned the hard way (2k BTC) that sometimes MTGOX sell page activates the sell at market price option. Perhaps, only perhaps, this stupid manipulator guy just forgot to unmark the option and while he was setting a new 20/30k wall it just sell off inmediatelly at market prices down the slope.
Lets see if a new 20k or 30k wall stands up in the days to come, if not... this might be the real reason.
He used to use the wall, not to sell or buy but just to manipulate prices.
Or perhaps not... ;-)
