Normally a small difference will be ok but you got a big difference and your inside temp is really good.

You probably have bad thermal paste on 1 board.

RMA or do it your self with the MX-4 Thermal paste.  Wink

Right now the S5 is 1 degre lower in vertical position.
Im wondering if adding 2 side panel could help the temp.

I got 2 delta fan to reduce the sound.

So far the temps seems similar. But cant confirm since the temp outside seems to be a little bit higher.

Since heat go up, I decided to try a vertical setup.

I was looking to find a way to drop the temp of my setup and I was looking to put my S5 and S3 upside down and add a stove hood on top of it. Then blow the air out.

Home depot does not have any great coupons though, and Lowes might or might not take coupon as Home Depot does not have item.  Also its special order it to store or home no stock as most don't need this CFM so high.   So I it's a very YMMV on getting them to accept a competitors coupon on this.
