I support whoever legitimately wins the election.
That's a interesting answer, both candidates are using money from big companies in order to essentially buy the lack of reform they wouldn't "survive" (pay money to avoid problems) The candidates are working for the big companies, not for the people. I support neither but because trump is amazingly still in the race, I'll be voting Hilary(Unhappily though).

there is no decent way to earn money with bitcoins only right now though i hope it will be possible in the future
Well making money with BTC would just require a lot of money put down right now and patience, that in the long run would yield a lot but with the time it would take just getting a normal job would yield more money. A normal job would be better for those that can't read the market well too.

Hey guys,
The tournament will be drawing to a halt very shortly in a few minutes and betting will be automatically disabled. Following this, we'll be reviewing the betting information for some statistics, data and of course to announce the winners of the tournament categories! Once we have finished discussions with our escrow, we will be transferring coins over to their control and will request that they post in our thread verifying they are now in control of 17,000,000 LIR.
After we have reviewed the information, I will post back with another update detailing the current situation. Thanks to those who participated in the tournament and we hope you enjoyed it. We will be looking to more of these in the future with a buy-in style (will go into more detail about this in following update).
Please be patient as this process could take some time. Thanks!
Who is the escrow??

...gangsta...
So that'll be a 'no' on thinking, then? Just the usual rabid homphobic ad hominem in response to the facts. You might want to at least try thinking for the tiniest of moment while typing your contradictory sentences about how it isn't fraud because it is 'only' fraud. So your 'Phoenix1969' has admitted he is using somebody else's account but wants to claim that it was 'given' to him by a 'friend' yet isn't offering up any evidence in that regards. How does that qualify as a reasonable response to the situation? "Yeah I've not done anything wrong other than use a forum account somebody gave me without concern while I set about pretending to be the original owner of that account in order to ask people to send me their money" It doesn't really get any more 'fraudy' than that! LOL. Site works fine, devs have been delivering, if a working product and crisp communication is what fraud feels like sign me up.

ETC feels like the chance to jump back onto the ETH train that I missed so long ago, hell yeah.

lol I remember watching this movie when I was a kid but I don't understand the purpose of the coin or any coin that gets created for like random purposes like this. I guess it's just fun to mine these types of coins...

i am currently sitting on the 3rd place with 100k+ balance, hopefully the first and second placer will lose all their balance just before the tournament ends xD
Yeah lol, last tournament the guys who were at the top at the end suddenly disappeared. Those last minute yolo bets for #1 lol

If it gives a good assurance for a good source of income then why not, but as of you know bitcoin after a stable job then as should say that maybe bitcoin is a part of mysideline job .But if in long run if it gives you more than your stable job, then maybe I will stay focus on bitcoin and quit for my day job.
Reasonable answer for this thread, it can be assumed that at the point where you make more from BTC than a real job that there's definately some skill of reading the market(or enough knowledge to make an educated guess of market trends) so if someone gets to that point switching jobs sounds completely reasonable.

Rise and fall have always been a part of this Cryptocurrency. It is not right to say that it is dead, it is better to say that it is facing a fall. People are still using it so technically it is not dead.
What people fail to do is identify when to buy during panic and sell during prosperity and then those same people cry they missed the train...

Are devs scamer or not? I still no know.
Nope. There's a possibility that one of the dev's accounts is bought or something like that but that's about it. How stupid are people? If they were scammers would their tournament even still be going? Let's be real here. I'm still gunning for #1 Are devs scamer or not? I still no know.
NO. Not scammerhoy u know sure? How do you know Bitcoin isn't a scam and Satoshi isn't just waiting for an amazing price like 10,000 BTC/USD to just dump his stash once and for all? Seriously....

Bitcoin will never disappear lets be real here. It's been around since 2009 and survived the drug-money test.

FUDDERS FUD.
OUR DEVS DELIVER ON EVERY PROMISE.
YES OR NO GUYS
Please everyone answer! The answer is yes. Most definitely, as I said before the only thing I care about is that they do deliver on their word and communicate. If there's going to be a delay like with Shogdite having to leave out of the blue they let us know they don't just leave us in the dark wondering wtf is going on like some other teams.

Luckily for us the devs are not fraudsters and they will maintain the site long into the future even when your still buthurting they will still be here doing their thing.
LOL. Sure. Ummm, one small note, Mr 'I Love Poloniex', which you might want to consider in rushing to the defence of the fraudulent accounts behind this project, Poloniex aren't exactly keen to host coins which have launched on the basis of bought/stolen accounts. So there's that relevance in the grander scheme of how the use of bought/stolen accounts is directly going to impact things, no matter how much of a committed fanboi you are. I love how people like you pride yourself on being the white knights of bitcointalk after all your on the default trust list yeah? Meanwhile lets suppose everything you're saying is true the only people you served to fuck over is the investors, the devs walk scotch free.

Let me ask you this, much like your investments, when you vote for your political leaders do you think they'll uphold every promise they make?
Typical irrelevant response. Put it this way, most if not ALL of the people who have given money to those behind this ICO would have done so believing they were long-standing forum members with their reputation on the line. This was not true. Those two accounts were bought/stolen and used to launch an ICO which collected money but concealed the fact they were not the original account owners. Selling something to somebody else on the basis of information which is not representative of the truth is fraud. Plain and simple. Do you often hand money over to proven fraudsters? Not saying you're wrong about that, but when after investing and the ICO ends from what I see the devs deliver on their promises and continue to work on and deliver on developing content I could care less If they were clearly stalling on a time line like when they said there would be a revamp of the dice game and it ended up taking months I'd be more skeptical but................

Isn't this the story of every ICO ever? I know it is for Waves with my investment currently being stuck in there meanwhile they have tons of missed deadlines, zero accountability for how they've been spending 30k BTC, etc... Was Waves launched with bought and stolen forum accounts? Not sure what that has to do with anything. I think anyone living in the real world knows that with any investment there's going to be a lot of false promises with this project I've seen met timelines and responsiveness out of the devs. With Waves, I've seen intentional lack of responsiveness, missed timelines and lack of accountability for 30k BTC. I'm not angry at the LIR team, nor am I at the Waves team. It's pretty much what I would expect out of an ICO. ICO's aren't exactly the most legal things either. Let me ask you this, much like your investments, when you vote for your political leaders do you think they'll uphold every promise they make?
