As you see no information with the fees and dates there, the team waits for the right moment to start. They probably understand that it will not be able to collect in such a market, although they have interested investors, but now if the project is not blocking, it will be very difficult to achieve a hard cap. Yes, I also think it is not a good time to launch ico since the ICO market is in hard stuation now. Also, the hardcap is too big, it is not easy to raise so much money as before. I hope the dev team can reduce the hardcap. |

That is true. The new coins has a ico stage a few months ago when the ico was very hot and panic investors invested without too much consideration. I think this stuation will change. The investors will more strict for investment, new coins will be much potential than before.

Looks like a great potential ahead! That is shit token, I think there is no good ico now. The worse is that most are scam and you can easily lose your all money plus your personal information if they ask for your information because of kyc. I do not agree alk your opinion. There are some potential ICO projects such as GoNetwork, I think they are paying more attention to the safty of the investment. And ICO scams will be reduced with more strict regulation from the governments. |

Yes, but you cannot vote from the exchange wallet (cryptopia). To vote for your delegate, you'll need to move your BPL tokens to a desktop wallet and vote from there. I hope this helps! I definitely like their Whitepaper and Techpaper, they responded fast to my questions. They do not look like scam. Ivan on Tech seems to hold some baseless prejudice to this project. I like his videos, but this one is kinda misleading. I do not know how to hate an ICO price multi times of its ICO price, the price is still there and it seems no investors lost their investment, so I think it is not a scam for now, right? |

I know some coins with a DPOS mechanism that delegates or miner can get reward everyday if they have enough votes, such as Lisk and Oxy, but I can not find more information about this project, how to be an delegate? and where is the delegate monitor? You can be a delegate on the Blockpool network. The rewards are 5% / year of the voting stake-- so if a delegate has 100,000 bpl voting for them, they will receive 5000 bpl per year in rewards. Transaction fees are also given to the delegate that forges the block in which the transaction occurs. Yes, ICO needs to be improved, the current ICO mechanism is not safe for investors since the dev team can just take the funds away and do nothing else, which makes the investors loss all the money in a shot time. I think the DAICO will be a promising new ICO mechanism. |

I read somewhere that there are more than 10% of circulating supply are controlled by the ICO dev teams, it seems many of them are selling these ETH to get reward. So I think the price of ETH will not be very high unless they stop doing that.

Really? They are confidently to challenge ETH? But i dont think they could beat the ETH. What's more, i think they hardly win the NEO, and i think the ICX has more potential than EOS.
I do not think it is a good time for EOS to challenge the ETH since EOS is not strong enough. As we know, ETH is mainly used to buy ICO tokens, and many ICO project use Etherium network to release their tokens, EOS is not so popular. |
