What happened with GUI showing the market details (last price) of all the favorite markets? Now it shows "B-0.00000000" instead of the last price, unless I click on the actual market. Is it intentional downgrade in features, or just a bug? Please fix it, as it saves a lot of time, when you are able to see all the last prices of favorite markets at a glance on a single page!
If my explanation of the issue is not clear enough, please tell me to explain it better.
I think it was this way for 10-15 minutes only when we updated something. It's fine since that time. Nope, its still that way right at this moment. Showing "B-0.00000000" for bitcoin and just "$ -" for USD. Please check it! Fixed. Thanks. |

We have to free up server resources for new coins by delisting some coins which have consistently low trading volume.
The following coins will be removed on 22.10.2015 if their average trading volume for the last month has not exceeded 0.2 BTC/day (or 6 BTC for last 30 days):

The site is one of the fastest. I'm sure every exchange has some issues especially when they grow fast and some things can be improved for sure.
Yes, it is really fast. When it comes to the site design and layout, C-Cex web-interface is the best of the best. IMHO, its usage convenience is unmatched among crypto exchanges. I used a lot of exchanges, and on my experience no exchange even comes close to that level in terms of user interface and layout (maybe Cryptsy, but though it is convenient, but very heavy on CPU and slow). It is pretty unusual for me to praise someone/something, but they deserve it  Kudos to developers. Highly appreciated. We are continuously developing it bringing new features and improving performance. And we always open for good suggestions and feature requests. |

You need to start doxxing these devs. That dev does the same thing every time, when things go down hill he makes sexually deranged posts. He has about 10 sock puppet accounts. As others have mentioned he is no doubt the versa dev, who has been doxxed.
He does all his ICOs through c-cex and is going to drag you down with him if you let him keep it up. Trex has a policy to dox ICO devs now. You need to start doing it also or your reputation will become irreparable.
Thanks! We pay big attention for quality of ICO's we run. But it is always up to investors to do their own research. Of course we will protect them from obvious lies with refunds in case dev does no keep his word about stated coin parameters - which is mentioned in our ICO rules. Do you have any plans to start doxxing devs? Investors can't be protected when the same devs are allowed to repeatedly hold bad ICOs at the same exchange. By the fact that he makes sexually deranged posts when he is done scamming victims, it is obvious that the versa dev, the ghostly dev, and the cleverbot dev are all the same person. There are several other examples. These ICOs were all hosted at c-cex and all ended badly. That it keeps happening makes it look like c-cex is complicit. We do not require ID's from our customers as well as we will not request ID's from devs. This is crypto community which respect privacy but of course it is allowed for devs to reveal their names, photos, make public performance if they want - it should greatly increase interest in their possible future ICO's. So our job is to provide high quality trading service and verify if ICO coin met dev's promices. |

I did additional research and found out that there is 70% of investors never play on market and sell any CLT coin. Only about 30% of investors made sells of CLT purchased from dev. So I have to go option 2 - it will cover fair way most of investors.

CLT dev deleted all discussion from his thread so I have to post it here again. As there was information revealed in this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1189767 that dev was not even ready or started to develop promised functionality - we have to issue full refunds. As there was 2 stages for ICO price (400 and 500 sat) - some investors bought at 400 and some at 500. I have 2 options: 1. Put an average price buy wall according on total amount of BTC gained and CLT sold. 2. Some of investors never sold their coins and did not play on market. So we can do direct refunds for them at the price they purchased CLT. For all other investors who did sells after ICO we will offer average buy wall from what is left after direct refunds. I need good advise from community. Maybe someone can offer better option? I want to refund all investors asap and I will not delay it because of long debates. I will take decision shortly. To prevent speculation because of refunds I also had to temporary remove coin from trading and balances. But all balances are stored and safe. Sincerely, Yuriy. |

WHY C-CEX ?  "BOT instant withdrawal failed. BOT wallet failed to create transaction and Your withdrawal queued. It will be processed manually and Your history will be updated with valid transaction ID." {"result":null,"error":{"code":-4,"message":"Error: The transaction was rejected! ...} This is not rare issue for any wallet. Usually we resolve it without notifying us or even ticket because we have alerts for all kinds of withdrawal errors. So please wait and we with dev will resolve it for You asap. |
