Ok, I'm @CryptoRussian on twitter and C-CEX asked me to look into coin source to help with analyzing problem.
I haven't found something suspicious or intentional in the code, at least where I looked, but bug certainly exists. C-CEX used rpc call to get new addresses for deposits(just like any other exchange) and after migration to the new version(with instructions provided by the developer), wallet started to behave strangely, instead of generating new addresses for deposits - it returned previously used addresses from the key pool. I'm waiting to hear developer explanations on this issue, I presume migration wasn't really tested extensively and there are some other issues in the code that can blow eventually.
C-CEX had their mistake with assumptions about the addresses being unique, well, call to getnewaddress assumes that you get new address instead of old one. Unfortunately this lesson wasn't free.
As for price and loosing your coins.. well, developers should test features before releasing them, traders/miners should expect to loose coins due to bugs in code if the wallet has problems, nothing new.

It seems, that this Hello Burst community and dev! I spoke to your developer a week ago showing my desire to add Burst to C-CEX and at the time we were still testing NXT and making sure to add extra security layers. I have followed and mined personally some Burst .... I added it because I'm a day 1 supporter too .. -Pride of C-CEX

Yes, thank You, read last post from there. Coins was sent to him. Did you consider ever of an auto withdrawal of delisted coins to customer's wallets? That would be something new that any exchange hasn't done yet. Customers have to provide wallet addresses then because it is always changing. We can't just withdraw to last address and somtimes there is no last address. Any way user interaction needed. In this case user can just withdraw himself. We inform all 7 days before delisting and allow some more days after that to withdraw. We delist only coins that does not have any volume during 2 weeks.

yes the key word here is MOST exchanges..
C-Cex does NOT.. Bittrex will give you the coins back even if it has been delisted.. C-CEX will NOT give you coins back.
Burst will not be delisted for awhile at least but I am just saying it so people will know.. don't keep your coins there unless you check the exchanges daily.. because one day they will be gone.
Not true. even after wallets removal (after warnings and allowing for automatic withdrawals) we do withrawals if customer has respective reason and reasonable amounts.

Did anyone send the dev a PM about this? This is kind of good news, but it would have been better on a more establish and credible exchange. Good news is good news still. Hope this push the coin a bit more. and watch the dumping begin sell orders peeps, not sell into the orders +1 Push up the price! That's a difficult coin to mine!! Be careful with this one If they ever decide to delist BURST you will lose all your coins instantly and never get them back. Really!? Evidences?! Even if they delist a coin, most exchanges let you withdraw the coin within a certain period of time afterwards. More likely, I don't see it getting delisted, unless something catastrophic occurs. Hope this pushes it to the bigger exchanges. We are delisting coins that has no volumes during 2 weeks. And 7 days before delisting we put message on twitter and on main trading page to inform customers about it. Even after market removeal we allow some more days for withdrawals.

I still do not read anywhere how you are going to compensate drk coins? Are you going to buy drk from fee, or you going to turn it into btc for current price and refund as btc? And yeh more than week passed and i do not see single refund for drk, how often you going make refund? Not talking about we would realy like you to find another way to get btc to compensate since waiting 10-100 years is a bit too much for get money back, no?

For those who complain about removed coins: we always tweet 7 days before delisting with coin names. Also, we provide additional chance to withdraw coins after delisting by our "delisted withdraw sessions".

sshhh... calm down little one, C-CEX ´support´and dev. team are one and the same person .. they are currently ´pissing in their pants´´, because they reacted to the FUD and are trying to find a way to ´´blame´´ someone else for their mistake.. imho ... This coin will be re-stored on C-CEX very soon... (it will also be listed on other exchanges thathave more than one employee/owner/operator ... Those messages about fraud mining, missing blocks etc is the reason why we blocked RVC. We just need RVC dev to contact us and explain situation. Noone loose coins. All deposits will be posted if there is really no problem with coin network. Let's wait for DEV.
