We offer the following condition: if we don't collect the right amount of money on the first ICO, then we will refund your money. Ok?

Maidak has no problem with a refund, why not put it easy and give consent Maidak to make me a refund?
Like I said before, I prefer at this time to take control of my money.
I also offer to invest in the second ICO if this project goes forward.
Right now I have many doubts, and so many people not just wrong.
Otherwise the refund may be seen as a gesture of goodwill.

Well, I prefer to have control of my money, then, if this project continues, I prefer to invest in the second ICO though it cost me a little more money.

NOTICE: It's NOT possible to do a "instant" hardfork like wanted from some of the community. It would end up in chaos
and i know what i am talking about. Therefor i set block NR. 65k as the hard-fork block. This will ensure everybody has

El primer hito de esta nueva forma de representación se ha cumplido. Los miembros de la comunidad organizaron un equipo un de desarrollo, que trabaja sobre una base contractual y a través de un fondo de donaciones de la comunidad alcanzamos el pago del 50% de lo que fue requerido por el equipo de desarrollo para comenzar su trabajo.

Como configurar tu monedero en Windows

Descarga la cartera usando el enlace indicado mas arriba, extrae el contenido en una carpeta y ejecuta dicho archivo. Te dara un error, esto es normal. El paso siguiente es abrir el menu de inicio y escribir %appdata%, se abrira una carpeta llamada Roaming, entras en esta carpeta y una vez dentro de ella, te aparecera otra carpeta llamada IncogCoin. Dentro tienes que crear un archivo que se llame IncogCoin.conf(tienes que escribirlo exactamente como esta,con mayúsculas incluidas),y asegurarte que la extensión es .conf esto es muy importante.

Dentro del archivo que creaste y que has llamado IncogCoin.conf debes de poner dentro lo siguiente:
