http://twitter.com/incogcoinAnonymity features
We are developing a feature where each incog client will have access to 2 channels. The network will be built in such a way that the additional anonymity feature will not impact the main blockchain in any way. Here is how it works. A regular unencrypted transaction is displayed in the picture above in the color blue. It would propagate through the necessary nodes and reach it's destination leaving the transaction on the blockchain.
The anonymous transaction on the other hand, will start with the client which will start by transmitting an anonymous transaction request to a Slave Node. The incog client will have an option to choose from a number of decentralized nodes, whose source code will also be available for anybody to compile and host. The request will propagate through an encrypted channel reaching it's destination to a Decentralized Slave Node (represented in red). The Slave Node will have a gateway, which will encrypt (for the second time) and strip the source of the transaction. Using the Incog gateway that we are developing the node will be able to process transactions with no knowledge of the source.
We will release a whitepaper with specific protocols we are using along with sample code on 7/25.
