We all agree that 1 Bitcoin = 100,000,000 Satoshis
I propose:
100 Satoshis = 1 Earth Federation Space Credit (or just Credit for short)
1000 Credits = 1 Dorian
1000 Dorians = 1 Bitcoin
1000 Bitcoins = 1 Large
1000 Large = 1 Rock (Satoshi's estimated fortune?)
21 Rocks = all of Bitcoin ever

Karpeles getting ready to skip country with his stolen coins

Maybe not thief, just incompetent. No proof, that it was he who stole bitcoins.
You don't just accidentally lose 750k BTC over the course of several years without noticing anything wrong. Mark knew.
If it's really 700k+ BTC ($350M or so) it'll be interesting to see how many years an investigation goes on for. Every txid is public so eventually someone somewhere will do something stupid, and so it will begin, one of the best episodes of non-fiction real-life drama you've seen yet.
Gox should be able to identify every double withdrawal transaction they ever made, and they have IDs of all these customers.
Losing $300 million of customer funds over the course of many months is not just a screw-up. It's criminal.
Nobody said that they lost 750k BTC to transaction malleability.
Er... yes they did. It's right there in the Gox document.

"[]SarahCoinBit 1 point 3 minutes ago It was a pleasure serving this community..marion and myself just got laid off."
Yup.
damn lol SarahCoinBit stopped working for Gox weeks ago
I don't see how anyone could possibly fuck it up that badly, even Gox. Losing hundreds of millions of dollars without noticing? I think not.
I really don't understand why people value this risk (which is tremendous) at above 0.5 BTC
To swap risks, and that is what people are doing here, I would not pay anything above 0.38
great for the sellers of GoxBTC but I think buyers give in a little too easy here
How about now?

A bit off-topīc, but getting into quarkcoin is the most retarded thing a single person can do. Everyone that even thought about it is instant discredited and ignored for life. This is true for other altcoins also, with the sole exception of Dogecoin of course

If I gave you BTC1, would you dox yourself?

On the 15th of July - WalletBit website will be taken offline and you will not be able to access your account after this time.
Are you serious? Less than 2 weeks of notice? Your users better hope that doesn't happen to BIPS Called it

There's is definitely something fishy here. DDoS attacks don't just 'cause vulnerability' in a system. Either a very important part of the story is being left out or BIPS is making it all up. I don't see how a disconnected or overloaded iSCSI connected SAN can 'cause vulnerability' leaving their system open for hackers?
BIPS please explain.
...attack on November 17th that overloaded our managed switches and disconnected the iSCSI connection to the SAN on BIPS servers. ... the attack caused vulnerability to the system, which has then enabled the attacker/s to gain access and compromise several wallets. This it utter bullshit. Overloading a SAN 'caused vulnerability'? No that is nonsense. Please elaborate because this looks like BIPS is just making shit up.

Google brings up loads of images of the same orange cartoon cat. Is this where FC got his name from?

From who?
Nobody. BTC0.45 is wishful thinking right now.
