One line posts are never considered as spam activity as long as those are on-topic and add value to a discussion. Lot of spam on your thread, also merit abuse.
Merit abuse is here and there, not only in Bengali thread, isn't it? Another sub-forum means make a opportunity to spam more.
Not agree with you. Indeed sub-forums are the way to remove spamming. You should concentrate first on your self moderated post. Your activity is very less on your thread. Most of post there only 5/6 word even native language. So how you expect a decent sub-forum with them?
Agreed. But he is not active doesn't mean there is no one active from Bangladesh. We have a lot of active users, they are not active in Bengali thread because of spamming. But whenever there will be a sub-forum, we can control the spamming and we will see some more traffics. @Theymos Please consider adding a subforum for Bangladeshi users. There are lots of people who want to learn about Bitcoin. |

Why do people invest ICOs are a good way to have some passive profit without much effort. What you have to do is only choose a good project and invest your money. You may have a good profit in the future. Again, every investment is risky. You need to do proper research. For your info, you can have a lot of information in bitcointalk. |

At 18th September he added that he doesn't own the BTC. Now whom I can accuse? Of course, the bounty manager who didn't escrow the money. I let the community to decide where the bounty manager is the scammer or Vintili or the bounty manager is someone from Vintili.

Theymos can only allow Copper Member to post images. If people want to wear a signature, he/she must have to achieve 1 merit. I think, in this way, we can get rid of this newbie club At least they have something to lose now, their 0.002BTC won't come back when they get banned.
I have reported a user at least 10 times for his shitposts. He is still using the forum. Some of his posts were deleted only. To be honest, he/she deserves only "ban". If there is a record of BTC addresses they use to pay for the copper membership, it might be easier to track who'se who later on.
It will not be a hard task for theymos but no one will use the same address again, IMO. |

Exactly. Back in the day, Freelancers were required to pass some tests in upwork, the solution was available on the internet. So, it's not a good idea. It requires more stuff. @OP Most of those new accounts are from existed members, IMO. Either they are account farmers or they cheat bounty. So, they are well experienced and it will be too easy for them. |
