The government cannot control bitcoin because of the decentralized nature of bitcoin.Other than that, bitcoin has a very high level of security, because it's hard to track by anyone.
I am afraid to say you are wrong if you think BTC cannot be track. Transactions are stored publicly and permanent on the blockchain, which means any one can see how and when a transaction is done into and out of any Address. I agree that btc cannot be controlled but imposing a regulation might be hindrance to its growth. The fear, uncertainty and doubt will scare investors. Many will want to cash out. I can still remember vividly on 11 of June 2019, when Donald Trump tweeted that he his not a fan of BTC. The aftermath was not good for the entire market. |

Hello everyone,
Please, this post is only for Cardano bearish people. Of you're bullish (like me) do not post here please. You will understand why in a second.
It's been about 6 months I am studying crypto, and I found Cardano to be the perfect investment right now.
1-Because a lot of people talk trash about it (scam, etc) so that drives the price a little bit down which is good
2-No working product yet but a lot of work is to be done with very competent people, so when the product comes out it's true value will come.
3-Everything else...
I find it so perfect as far as a risky investment is concerned that the words of Benjamin Graham start resonating in my head saying "Excitement in Wall Street leads to disaster". But still, I really like this project, and I am truly scared about missing something over there.
For the record, I only invested once in my life 3 years ago with gold that turned out to be pretty good for me.
If you have been holding for long time, I advice you still hold. What has been behind the recent developments on the value has to do with the Shelley mainnet release which should be around 29 July. This is crypto and nothing is guaranteed even if guaranteed, it's not regulated. The market might not necessarily favor you like Gold you mentioned. However, my fear is that, dump will certainly come at a point when the Testnet testers get paid around August. They will definitely want to sell if not half bag with the recent price pump. Again, dnt forget that every other projects depend on BTC Movement. |

This attack and hacks is ruining the reputation of Bitcoin. Last time, it was some group of hackers demanding BTC on Twitter. Believe me, in one way or the other, US and many developed countries will find it difficult to recognize crypto as friendly investments. The privacy afforded by Monero has done more harm than good especially in dark web. |

It just broke the top 50 cmc. You might not of heard of it but simply it aims to be a non inflation crypto with elastic supply. It targets a 2019 CPI so it's not really a stablecoin. https://youtu.be/Mmr47bji50c4:00-9:00 one of the devs explains the concept. There is something that I really like about cryptocurrency. The Trend and now it is shifted from IEO to Defi Project in general. How do you compare a coin that lost - 37% of value in just 7days to bitcoin. For short term, these Alt will outperform btc. I don't really fancy them. The only Defi project that has made difference so far is Link. That coin is a monster since 2019  |

This is too good to be true to mine ETH with ordinary smartphone as they claim on their whitepaper and Website, I bet they would have Mine the whole Ethereum if its real. They concluded their IEO and kept extending token sales. As of Early January 2020, they said ICO will be over by June 2020, this is July and they are hoping by end of August.
