হঠাৎ করে একমাসে অনেক বেশি থেকে পরে যদি এক্টিভিটি কমে যায় তাহলে লাভের বেলায় কিছুই হবে না। গত মাসে আমাদের এক্টিভিটি অনেক বেশি ছিল এবং আমাদের এইটা ধরে রাখতে হবে। আগামী মাসগুলোতে যদি আবার আমাদের এক্টিভিটি কমে যায় তাহলে কোন লাভই হবে না। নিয়মিত এক্টিভিটি থাকলে আমরা একটা আলাদা টপিক ক্রিয়েট করতে পারি আমাদের লোকাল বোর্ড এর আবেদন নিয়ে। কিন্তু তার আগে আমাদের এক্টিভিটি থাকতে হবে এবং এইখানে এক্টিভ মেম্বারদের আকৃষ্ট করতে হবে। সবাই মিলে একযোগে আগালে লোকাল বোর্ড পাওয়া কোন বিষয় না। গত মাসের তুলনায় আমার মনে হচ্ছে এইমাসে আমাদের এক্টিভিটি কিংবা মেরিট শেয়ার তুলনামুলক কম হয়েছে। |

I would probably have done this. You have no way to know whether he is speaking the truth and you can't identify whether he will abuse the note (he may be a liar). If you allow this, it's very possible that he is trying to scam you. You will never know whether he is a liar or not. If the amount is too small, I would say give it back to him. If a big one, don't, and make sure you warn the people on the website that there's no chance of getting back any funds if they don't have certain information. As said above, it will create room for scamming you. |

Who is going to hold the privkey? Of course, it's whirlwind if I'm not missing anything. I don't think a lot of people will be interested because of the above reason. It's the same as centralized exchange staking though the APR is high here if I'm correct.

আমার জানামতে প্রতি ২ সপ্তাহ পর পর ফি এডজাস্ট করা হয়। এক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ১৪ দিন অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। কারন মিমপুল এ ৭২ ঘন্টা পর পর যে সকল ট্রানজেকশন এ লো ফি এড করা থকে তা সরিয়ে দেওয়া হয় বা ক্যান্সেল হয়ে যায়। এইভাবে মিমপুল কে স্ট্রেস মুক্ত করা হয়। যদিও এটি নির্দিষ্ট না তবে আর ১ সপ্তাহ পর হয়ত ফি লো হয়ে যাবে। অথবা যাদের ট্রানজেকশন ফেইলড হয়ে গেছে তারা হয়ত পুনরায় বেশি ফি দিয়ে নতুন ট্রানজেকশন ব্রডকাস্ট করবে। যার ফলে ফি এর পরিমান একই থাকতে পারে। তবে গতকাল এর তুলনায় যেখানে ৬২০ সাতোশি পার বাইট ফি প্রদান করতে হয়েছে হাই প্রাইওরিটি তে, সেখানে আজ তা ২৫৫ সাতোশি পার বাইট। ধীরে ধীরে ফি কমে আসার সম্ভবনা আছে এবং Blockchair.com এর তথ্য অনুযায়ী পরের এডজাস্ট হইতে সময় বাকি ১ সপ্তাহ। ফি এডজাস্ট এর কোন ব্যাপার নেই। ফি আমরা ব্যবহারকারীরা দিয়ে থাকি, যা ইচ্ছে তা দিয়ে থাকি। কম দিলে পেন্ডিং থাকে আর বেশি দিলে দ্রুত কনফার্ম হয় বা ব্লকে এড হয়। এডজাস্ট এর ব্যাপার থাকে যে ব্লক টাইমে (আসলে এইটার নাম ডিফিকাল্টি এডজাস্টমেন্ট)। আমরা জানি গড়ে প্রতি ১০ মিনিট পর পর নতুন ব্লক সৃষ্টি হয়। কখনো ৩০ মিনিট থেকে বেশি সময় লাগে একটা ব্লক খুজে পেতে, আবার কখনো ২ মিনিট পরেই নতুন ব্লক পাওয়া যায়। এইভাবে চললে গড় ১০ মিনিট থাকবে না তাই প্রতি ২০১৬ ব্লক পর পর ব্লক টাইম এডজাস্ট হয় যেন গড় ব্লক টাইম ১০ মিনিট থাকে। ট্রাঞ্জেকশন ফি সকালে একরকম এবং বিকালে আর এক রকম হতে পারে। এইখানে যতক্ষণ বিটকয়েন ট্রাঞ্জেকশন এর পরিমাণ কমবে না, ততক্ষণ ফি কমবে না। বর্তমানে ১৬১ সাতোশি প্রতি বাইট ফি লাগলেও সকালেই ফি ছিল ৪৭/৪৮ সাতোশি প্রতি বাইট। আমি এই বাংলা লোকাল থ্রেডের পুরোনো পোস্ট গুলি প্রতিনিয়ত পড়ার চেষ্টা করি। একটা বিষয়ে আজকে খেয়াল করলাম এই বড় ভাই পোস্টে লিখেছিলেন ২৮ টা এক্টিবিটি ২৮ টা পোস্ট করলেই বেড়ে যায়। আমি এখন পর্যন্ত ২০ টা পোস্ট দিয়েছি। কিন্তু আমার ১৪ টা এক্টিবিটি বাড়ার পর আর এক্টিবিটি বাড়ছে না। এই বিষয় টা কি নতুনে নিয়ম চেঞ্জ করা হয়েছে। নাকি ওই ভাইয়ে ভুল বলেছিলেন। এই বিষয়ে আমি জানতে চাই।

I'd like to see an (experimental) campaign that pays within seconds after each post. LN's strength is not making large transactions to many people, it's making many small transactions. So it would be possible to automate it, and pay each qualifying post instantly (assuming the campaign members are good enough to know they're not going to spam).
In that case, you need a mix of LN and yobit  I don't know how yobit used to manage the campaign but they used a semi-automated process to pay the users if I can remember correctly. They used to pay the participants after certain times. Right now, I'm not managing a big-budget campaign. Maybe Hhampuz or Royse can afford such a campaign since they have a good budget campaign active. |

If you have the backups securely, why do you fear? I have my hardware wallets and different electrum wallet on my phone and laptop. All the three wallet has different purpose, different uses. All of the wallets seed key is stored in paper in two different place. In my my custody while the other is in my wife's custody. While my hardware wallet seed is secured in Cypher metal box. If my devices crashed, I can easily recover them. Seed key has a use.

Hwoever, if participants want to swap their BTC to LN, they would be required to do one on chain tx. I don't know how fixedfloat works but since you said it's a swap site, I assume it will require you to send btc everytime you want to use. |

This is certainly a concern for the campaign managers and the team itself. I don't think there's something participants can decide. It's all about whether as a participant you are going to accept the campaign rules or not. If you don't have problem with campaign rules (whatever rules the manager set), apply and if you don't like the rules, don't apply.
Anyway, I don't think the recent high fee is an issue for a signature campaign. Most of the projects spend thousand of dollars for the campaign and fee won't create an issue. Usually, team gives me a budget of $30 for the network fee and I add the rest in the upcoming weekly budget.

And why isn't there unity to fork bitcoin and increase the block size? There was a Bitcoin Cash fork from Bitmain, that owns Antpool and BTC.com, with aim to increase block size and get rid of stuck transactions, however, people here hate BCH and don't support it, what's the reason?
BCH has 8MB blocksize while BTC has 1MB. If you increase blocksize, considering all the blocks will be filled, it will cost more to run a node which will create less interest in running a full node. The more nodes you have, the more decentralized network it is. Since a node has no monetary gain, people wouldn't voluntarily spend a lot of money to run a node. Apart from that, it will lower the profit for miners too if I understand correctly. If the profit becomes lower for the miner, the number of miners will be decreased, and again, as philipma1957 said, will be easier to manipulate the fee. Maybe with fewer miners than right now we have, you may see no more 1sat/byte tx because it will be easier to manipulate the fee. I'm not an expert when it comes to different terms in sportsbook and gambling. I usually place bets on X to win, X to score etc in cricket and soccer both. I have never seen the terms "back" and "lay" in any Casino. Maybe I didn't notice them. I joined a casino today and found both terms and I'm confused what should I do. It says back (1.03) and Lay (1.04). What does these terms mean? Any easy explanation?

Here is my prediction, if he managed to withdraw again from the 2nd account, for sure he will not return it to the casino and hey may try it again by creating 3rd account.
Check his 1st and 2nd accounts activity. He gambled in the first account and when withdrew from the first account, he forgot about that account and started to be active from the second account. We hope there is not a next time but, next time we are going to share evidence only with a trusted forum member so we don't blow up how we can detect multiple accounts

Since you have special treatment for high roller, I think the chance of multi account is too low now. do you offer esports especially csgo?
