That didn't happen in the ICO era, I haven't heard of that but it happened recently, maybe 1 year ago at maximum. There was a user who posted the same topic a few times. They used to delete the previous topic and create a new one exactly with the same content. They were trying to get merit twice for the same post lol and sadly they were able to get some merit until they were exposed. |

Managers don't blindly trust the earned merit vs post, they manually check the post quality before accepting participants. So, I don't think this is something which would benefit them. And the answer of your question is in the thread, there's no such rules so they can delete their previous posts. There's nothing wrong with that.
The only reason for which someone wants to delete their post history is to cover their stupid mistakes, wants privacy etc though that's not possible due to some of the archival services.

In 2050, someone created a Bitcoin wallet and generated an address, coincidentally, the address is the same address which I have sent Bitcoin in 2023. Won't he get the Bitcoin? My bad that I'm still confused despite having two great explanations above. Maybe unnecessary questions but there's nothing wrong to know. Other day, I was thinking of something and I was confused when I thought of the title question. It is possible that people may send Bitcoin to an address which haven't yet created for example. Well, anyone can send Bitcoin to any address (considering correct format). What if the address hasn't been generated yet? Is it possible that in future someone will be able to generate that address (not vanity address of course, so no intentional attempt I mean)? If the funded address has been generated by someone coincidentally/unintentionally, will there be Bitcoins? How lucky would they be if they find Bitcoins out of nowhere lol!

Though it was your mistake and they could also deny the recovering process, this is really a wonder why would they charge $200 as admin fee. This sounds like a crap. They had to done almost nothing but to change the network. You can access the same address with the same key on different networks. They only had to maintain the official process and that's it. Charging $200 for this sounds like bribe. Either they access and recover the fund or they simply deny the recovering process. That's how you were supposed to be treated. |

That was your choice. You could have waited for the investigation and if it resulted in your favor, you could have withdrawn the profit. You could be patient for the time being. then push thru his case under the scam accusations board so they will have the motivation to close the case as soon as possible.
