I am mining DSH on Democats.org and I am using dsh wallet address of Hitbtc Exchange - not my own desktop wallet -in mining software, so far after a week I don't receive any coins at hitbtc wallet address! even I already mined thousands of DSH? is there a way to recover my dsh to redeposit them in Hitbtc dash wallet? It's still showing pending payment in democats.org
Hitbtc is on fork with double spendings on it more than the coin supply (17000000 DSH). The wallet software on Demcats manifested a bug at really bad time (zawy diff v1 exploit, asics, a bug in bytecoin exploited). I am working on fixing the wallet bug asap.

I think I figured out why I thought I was getting the wrong amount in my wallet. I think it's displaying my lifetime amount, even though it's no longer in my wallet of course instead of just showing what I actually have. Switching away from the tracking key and loading up the .wallet file gives me my actual balance. I guess the tracking key needs some work. EDIT: Scratch that I'm missing the point of the tracking wallet. It's meant to track all your incoming transactions. Kinda wish it would just act as the normal wallet, but without the ability to send COAL.
The point is security. The server does not have the user's private keys.

So I am seeing a lot of talk about the new X3 Bitmain miners that are for Cryptonight mining...
If ASIC machines come out for Cryptonight, are there any plans to fork (soft or hard) ForkNote so that it will remain and ASIC Immune algorithm?
There will be option for changing the hashing algorithm (like the zawy diff hardfork). We will not force users to change or not to change. Networks should decide for themselves.

okay thatīs the new problem
Corrupted blockchain. Block with index 220958 and hash 1c40459f7bc47b7ee4ca40d3516aced18392df6878b5eb84e6b52baa6e9fa2a7 has previous block hash 928f0d3d899ab98b3b9c1225ac016839df90b0ce52e476b7bcad5805fcf8ebc8, but parent has hash 1c40459f7bc47b7ee4ca40d3516aced18392df6878b5eb84e6b52baa6e9fa2a7. Resynchronize your daemon please.
Since v2 Bytecoin (the software this coin is based on) started counting from 1 instead of 0. We continued to count from 0, but some functions might return false result. Migration to starting count = 1 will be in the next version.

I assume that code rebate will include a wallet GUI?
It does not include GUI, but it makes GUI, web wallet, and all open source code written for Monero available for AEON out of the box How would you compare your work compared to stoffu's and Dr.Paradox's work on the rebase? Would all 3 have major and noticeable differences that would make each special? In any case, thank you for your efforts. You were the natural choice for the job, seeing your experience on Cryptonote. My code is designed to be easily maintained. I made a script which generates the code and it makes future code updates extremely easy - 1 command and you have the code. Sometimes the script requires to be refreshed, but not a lot of work overall. The downside is changes are hard to track - the commits are bulky. The upside - it requires ridiculously small amount of time to maintain the code up to date with the latest Monero version. The script generating the code is likely (95% chance) to be maintained no matter if it's chosen as the default AEON implementation.

nobody helps me set up the nodes in digitalocean, nothing costs, I have proposed to give a donation and nobody seems, I create 2 nodes just as the tutorial says, but the truth is I do not know if they are working, I still can not synchronize it seems that it does not work for me and nobody wants to win a few satos to configure the nodes, here I leave my images of the nodes and the local daemon with the wallet NODOS Daemon y Wallet As you can see, if the Nodes are running well, the local Dameon does not pass any more so it does not synchronize and the wallet logic does not synchronize if there is no Daemon synchronizing, if someone is encouraged to help me in the Nodes, thank you very much. Just start mining and check if they have the same block height. Having the same config on all node is really all you need. You should delete any old blockchain folder with the same name of-course.

Hi slb,
The secret/public key don't work, if I create a new address in walletd with a viewkey of another address anywere in the network I expect the balance to show up and the same address. When I do this now I get a totaly different address, everytime, and no balance visible.
Is this the expected behaviour of keys ?
BTW: Using forknote 2.1.2 after including zawy on forknote 2.1.1 introduces bugs, transactions get cancelled and previous transactions before zawy introduction are gone !!
Kr, Olivier @ b2bcoin.xyz
Where are you not seeing the transactions? simplwallet or walletd? Is 'reset' helping? There was a bug in 2.1.0 or 2.1.1 which require reset to be performed on update. Import/export wallets from walletd to simplewallet and vice versa works. I do it a couple times per day. You need the secret and view private keys Hi slb, We use 2.1.1 because 2.1.2 deleted (cancelled) our transactions before zawy diff introduction. We use walletd in our web wallet as well as in our gui wallet. Reset is not helping, we get a different address everytime we import the secret/public key. We use secret/public keys from walletd and import them in walletd, but nothing happens even after reset. Kr, Olivier @ b2bcoin.xyz The problem is some timestamp/timestamp check in the wallet and/or the wallet software. Adding SYNC_FROM_ZERO=1 to the config file of the affected wallets should fix it, but I am not 100% sure

What are the updates on the code rebase? Is there a rough timeline that we can follow? I reckon the people working on it do not have the experience in Cryptonote related projects, how can smooth make sure that they can really do it?
Hi, I am working on this. I will push the code to github as soon as I am able to sync with the latest monero code to the aeon network.
