The problem with BTC is the same problem with the US $. You have to MAKE SOMETHING and sell for BTC. The US doesn't make as much as they used. Everything is about middle management where the "value added" is dubious. We need more guys like the Bitcoin Leather guy and The Bitcoin Silver guy. If People want to resell electronics they should converting BTC into Tiawanese or Chinese currency instead of just buying from another middle man.
Also we need more practical services. Like plumbing for Bitcoin, or legal services for Bitcoin. Services people NEED.
These are the activities that will build a strong base.

There is no such thing as copyright or intellectual property at common law. They way releases of information to the public have always been constructed is that , if you voluntarily release something and don't keep it private and secure , you have waived rights to exclusivity. Modern copyright and patent law is a recent statutory creation.
Copyrights and patents are basically a government granted monopoly. You have to understand though that the gov't itself is a copyrighted and proprietary system. The monopoly is granted "within the system" and only applies in the commercial sense.
An analogy would be a private resort that uses script for commerce. That private resort can define and regulate the acceptable uses of the script within their resort. t\That includes uses that diminish the value (relative to their script) of objects sold within that system.
The gov't is the EXACT same thing.

Here's your first business lesson lolcat. Liquidate. I'm sure you have more than enough possessions to sell on craigslist or wherever to cover your debt.
Then you can go get a Moneypak and pay what you owe.
You know what to do, you just don't want to do it. You would rather IBB go without than yourself.
In the event you don't have the assets to cover your debt. You should have never took a loan greater than your net worth.
Some of us on the forum want IBB (and any other BTC business) to succeed. That's why you are getting a bunch of shit from us.

Economy / Economics / What is Debt?

I found this an interesting interview about the history of money and debt. Check it out. What is Debt? – An Interview with Economic Anthropologist David GraeberDavid Graeber currently holds the position of Reader in Social Anthropology at Goldsmiths University London. Prior to this he was an associate professor of anthropology at Yale University. He is the author of ‘Debt: The First 5,000 Years’ which is available from Amazon.
Interview conducted by Philip Pilkington, a journalist and writer based in Dublin, Ireland.
Philip Pilkington: Let’s begin. Most economists claim that money was invented to replace the barter system. But you’ve found something quite different, am I correct?
David Graeber: Yes there’s a standard story we’re all taught, a ‘once upon a time’ — it’s a fairy tale.

call me optimistic that I would fix it myself.

No worries. I have the same "issues". Obviously shipping ompanies aren't exactly gentle. I always get a kick out of "fragile" warnings. They pretty much get ignored cause they are on every box! I had a shipping company actually shear the steel bolts of an a Porche engine somehow. Go figure.

Ever or today? Don't be a scumbag. You appear to be proud of ripping someone off. Go collect cans or something.

Years ago , I used to ship high end stuff (500K+). UPS has 1000 page manuals on how to pack stuff for shipping. Any deviation pretty much absolves them from liability.
UPS abuses packages. I watched a worker crack boxes on the side of our loading dock like he was cracking eggs. He was pissed cause they where heavy.
Computers have to be surrounded info foam with at least 3 1/2 inches internal clearance on all sides. They can not move inside at all.
I believe UPS charges $1.25/$100 and there might be a deductible.
Although I can't help to wonder why anyone would take the screen apart if it was already broken. What would the point be to clean a broken screen?
