How can we avoid the missing payments from happening again? We want what's best for SPN and its not really good to see reports as such.

It happened after an important hardware upgrade of the server. - For the best situation to the miners, we did make sure that the server never stopped.
- We mentioned that for 3 hours the server was going to enter into several bugs,
but only on display for the website, and not for the stratum server itself.
- What we didn't expect, was an automatic reboot of the Ubuntu system,
which caused the stratums to restart.
- For
Spartancoin only, the stratum didn't restart,
and caused to disable the automatic payments after the reboot.
- To avoid any further errors, we preferred to make a complete new wallets of the coin.
- And of course send the right payments to their respective owner.
- A compensation of 25% of the total mined coins was sent to the miners.
We don't want to lose our clients
!
- To answer your question, it is not going to happen ever soon,
as we upgraded the hardware for at least 5 years of expansion =) !
- We learn for our mistakes, the next time an upgrade like this happen,
we will simply transfer the mining on a
temporary server, without causing any interruption .
