^ouchie ty and rdbase. Yeah. I wasn't expecting Villa to field a full U23 squad. This is a complete opposite of last season when we fielded our U23s and got thrashed 5-0 haha. Mane already got a goal (and a knock in the back) and this does look like complete one-way traffic so far, even if we're only playing half seniors. Not a smooth flowing game and nervy back from Villa, but I feel comfortable with my LIV HT win @1.35. Already a missed chance from Gini to set the pace.

I've seen some news that Aston Villa is not taking it as priority and are thus resting out their whole 1st team squad since it's an EFL fixture and don't want to take risks with covid out there. They are likely to test their U23 squad and roll out for their match against Liverpool. I think same would be for Liverpool as they have also match against United and they also wouldn't want to take risks.

Since Villa is in trouble, I'm certain we will play a team that will ultimately go through. It will probably be a mixture of a few first team players, 4-5 squad rotation players and 2-3 kids.
The biggest threat from this game is that someone from our team might get COVID from the Aston Villa players - since half of their team has it already.
We have announement that Villa is coming with under 23 team no one from regular team is coming for this match hopefully now no player from Liverpool is going to have Covid in tonight game even they are going to have some good revenge for their last defeat. |

I am not going to disagree with your statement, but in international cricket, the emphasis is on ODI and test matches. Most of the teams play less number of T20Is, when compared to ODIs. The fact is that Babar Azam played a less number of T20 matches (both international and franchise) and that was the reason why he was not considered for a slot in the T20 team. Last two years most of the teams played more T20 international and every tour there was a T20 series consider every team was preparing for the T20 World Cup. Babar Azam did not play much T20 Internationals last year but he scored 4 half centuries in the 5 matches he played and in the PSL he was the top scorer of the tournament and he is probably the highest run scorer in T20 last year. I wonder whether the Napoli-Spezia match was rigged.  Spezia got very very lucky against Napoli. Napoli played both halves too dominantly. They got ahead 1-0 in the 58th minute. Spezia brought the score to 1-1 in the 68th minute. After that, they got a red card and I thought there was no way Napoli would lose points here. But I was really shocked when Spezia got 2-1 ahead in the 82nd minute. Spezia got a very lucky and also a huge win here. I don't think this was rigged but not sure about this because before this match they play against Torino at home in most of time they was trailing by 1 goal and at the end they was able to do a goal for draw match and I was expecting result like this again from them because Napoli is unpredictable team but sadly they lost even Spezia was playing with 10 men due to one red card this is really shocking for me as they are already in relegation zone and they able to beat top ranked team. |

I agree with you. Pakistan's domestic cricket is not that much developed. But still, Pakistan has enough talented players. It is the responsibility of the cricket board to guide them properly. If these talents are lost, they will not be able to return to the truck in the next few years. They need to take the necessary steps so that the talents they have will not be lost. Then they have to improve their domestic cricket.
To tell the truth, the domestic cricket is in a bad state in all the countries in South Asia. In terms of quality, the domestic tournaments such as Ranji Trophy and the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy is far behind county cricket of England or Sheffield Shield of Australia. I would even say that the Plunket Shield of New Zealand and Sunfoil series of South Africa is more competitive than these Asian tournaments. Your statement is 100% right because in Sub-Continent they never develop any good set up for domestic level and its hurting very badly for decades but still boards are not serious about this all because they have only profit taking projects if they want to improve cricket then surely its some time taking thing but can change things very positively for them in long run just try to catch all domestic set up and bring on same level with some funds its just for few years then they can take good profit from this as well. |

Due to many restrictions and local based problems many technical and good skilles peoples migrating which is biggest issue right now because in recent years there are too many issues as well and governement is completely fail to settel things in positive way due to their own agenda but if they want to do some good then surely now its time to act very quickly with then help or some very professional peoples to go in better way for bright future. |
