The problem with Zimbabwe is that we don't know who are the players included in their squad one month from now. Every now and then, the players rebel against the management and travel to England or Australia to play club cricket. They have no stability in their team and this will be having a negative impact on the cohesion and team spirit. But all that said, they performed well against Pakistan.
Do the Zimbabwe players rebel against the management, in the past they used to rebel after moving outside the country as they were worried about going to jail for speaking against them and so is the reason many players careers were stopped abruptly. The current crop of players are not well established players and if they are not confident enough to get a secure job elsewhere i doubt whether they will rebel at all. Currently Zimbabwe is really facing some serious problems as they fail to develop their domestic set up due to corruption and personal issues and they also have some other serious factors as well like South Africa but they are very poor in quality and their players unable to play some good number of matches. |

English isn't one of them that i am sure and Hindi is not my mother tongue if any fucker start complaining about force_language_drama.
Well,Wikipedia says that India is the country which got more english speaking people than any other country in the world, even though the reports are bit old still we are improved from what we have seen in the past.So I don't think english is really a big barrier for activity in our local board.And I don't know Hindi rather.  So we are English Speaking country eh? Yeah 5-10% represent Whole India, Poor Kiwis must be quacking now in Indian accent and we should ignore the fact that almost 50% or may be more than 50% Population can speak or understand Hindi. Really sad things we mostly going with wikipedia not ground realities which are completely different from this because no one want to face reality we are also facing this issue as English no not good enough for many but sadly mostly have to compromise with this going with Hindi is not bad at all for many local members here.
