My fan sounds like its bearings are burning out. My LED doesn't work either. Can I send it to you for repair? I reached out on the previous support chat w a video.

I just recd mine and plugged it in.  It worked fine for a few minutes.  When I changed the setting to allow me to edit the performance mode, I was prompted to Save & Restart.  The machine won't restart even with a hard boot.  Suggestions?

It takes more than the 30 second timer to restart, so just wait for the dashboard to come back up...dont keep hitting restart.
Thanks.  I didn't hit restart but the once.  My miner continues to be dead after power off over night and the red/green light on the front does nothing.
Please advise on how to get my new miner working.

I recd my new PSU - thanks! But, I notice it only has one output plug whereas the Apollo has two plug receptacles. My off-the-shelf PSU had a cable with an extra head on the end and that worked fine. How should I plug in the new PSU to the Apollo unit?

Just plug it into the right port. Remember to never plug another PSU/PSU cable into the spare port, this will either blow up one of the PSUs or cause a fire.
Thanks! That worked. For clarity the "right" port is as viewed from the back. Maybe better noted as the VGA power port nearest the edge of the box?

Apollo miner won't power on for me.

I've tried two different power supplies: 1) Corsair 450W and a 2) Powerspec 420W

Any suggestions?

I know this sounds stupid, but did you short the enable pin if you are using an ATX PSU without a PC attached to it?

I’ve already had a few emails like this because of that issue Wink

Need to build a stand alone PSU for this ASAP!
Newbie/hobbiest here - can you please list/link the 3 best standalone PSUs for the Apollo and their best attributes?
I really just want to get the best PSU I can so I can get my Apollo running.
Thx.
