1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading? on: November 17, 2019, 06:55:03 AM
Whenever I get tired or frustrated from trading, I just take time off and go places with my woman, she always understands how it is and she does her best to show support at all times, additionally in my country there are WhatsApp groups for cryptocurrency enthusiasts where they could just come and make jokes, chill around and discuss the way forward when it seems that things are not moving at a pace we:re comfortable with, I am a blessed man.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💲💲 Stable Coins?? 💲💲 on: November 17, 2019, 06:46:09 AM
My favourite stablecoin when I want to send to a personal wallet is USDC for the simple fact that it's in the Ethereum Blockchain and that is one of my favourite Cryptocurrency wallets, but when I am trading, I prefer to use the USDT pair because it tends to have more liquidity in exchanges but when I want to store to my personal wallet, I don't like to use USDT because of the controversy always surrounding it, I prefer storing a stablecoin that would give me rest of mind.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Ethereum survive below 0.02 BTC per coin? on: November 17, 2019, 06:41:58 AM
Have you forgotten that there was a time that Ethereum reached a low price of $80, and I know that while it was still technically above 0.02 BTC because bitcoin was also falling in price, I just want to point out that at that period, people were speculating that the Cryptocurrency market is dying and that they would keep reducing in price until they Cruze to exist entirely, now look at where we are, I think that even if Ethereum goes below 0.02BTC, it would survive and bounce back, because that's what it does.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: November 17, 2019, 06:37:47 AM
Dogecoin has been one of the longest lasting Cryptocurrencies even though I am yet to see a single usecase or much technological development behind it, even when Binance listed it, CZ said it was listed because if it's community and not because of it's development leaps, I guess the Cryptocurrency community can be accomodating if you have been a round for a long while even if you are just sitting there doing nothing.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any bounty campaigns for Newbies? on: November 14, 2019, 07:52:12 AM
You could join the campaign that I am presently participating in, Newbies can participate in every campaign except the signature campaign but you could buy copper member like I did and use it to join the signature campaign too if you want. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5200851.0
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red trust accounts wearing signature..... on: November 14, 2019, 07:25:47 AM
Every bounty manager ultimately decided how they want to handle their bounty campaign, welcome to the world of decentralisation. Some bounties are even managed by managers who has red trust so this shouldn't come as a surprise, many people in this forum keeps breaking the rules and has not been red trusted yet, so I tend not to think less of those who has it, they have just been caught, there are those that are doing worse but has not been caught yet.

A red trust does not really reflect the behaviour of people whose accounts has it, while some are truly terrible people, I believe that some of them has just made a mistake or two.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Went Crazy On 12/11/2019 ! on: November 14, 2019, 07:20:52 AM
When you said Bitcoin went crazy, I was envisioning terrible things that had happened to the Blockchain, maybe the Blockchain getting overloaded again and transaction fees going over the roof only to open the post and see that it's all about the price of bitcoin, this shows that we as Cryptocurrency Enthusiasts are still far in mentality from where we should be, by now we all should know that the price of Bitcoin is highly volatile considering the fact that is is always changing every single second so it shouldn't come as a surprise when the price changes because it's normal.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not Trade By The News, Follow The Price Action on: November 14, 2019, 07:15:44 AM
The Cryptocurrency market has moved way past that stage where news tend to move price majorly, for example Ripple recently announced a partnership with a bank and the price of the tokens didn't even move one bit and that's the number three coin on Coinmarketcap, so smaller projects out there do not even stand a chance to move their token price because of any news they have to release to their community members.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: November 14, 2019, 07:10:43 AM
My answer to that question is quite simple and straightforward.
Move on and learn from it.
For everytime a project fails to meet your expectations, you could spent your time wailing about it but it wouldn't change anything or you could learn a lesson from it, count your loses and move on and make sure your research game is on point to avoid a repeat.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you Believe Volume of the Coinmarketcap? on: November 14, 2019, 07:06:16 AM
Where there are bad eggs, if you look closely you would notice that they are good eggs too even though they tend to hang out at the bottom of the ladder because the dishonest ones has overshadowed them but the real traders know them and utilise their services, ofcourse the CMC data cannot be trusted because there is so much wash trading ongoing in exchanges especially obscure exchanges that I wouldn't trade in even if they pay me to do it. But this isn't a direct fault of CMC, it's the direct fault of dishonest exchanges.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: November 14, 2019, 07:00:31 AM
With the way I set mine up, if anything were to happen to me, my wife would be able to access all my funds and if anything were to happen to her simultaneously, then I guess it would just stay dormant in my wallet, thanks very much, I would take a look at Safe Haven and see if it's a viable option, it's amazing to see how far Cryptocurrency has come, I am sure that if a project like this existed and they deliver on their promises, so many bitcoin wouldn't have been lost.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Huobi forcing out US traders out on: November 13, 2019, 04:43:29 PM
There would come a time when US traders would be welcome to trade in any Cryptocurrency exchange if their choice in the future because I foresee a future where Cryptocurrencies would be accepted in the US just like it is accepted in China now, Binance did it, Huobi is doing it and some other exchanges has done it but I think this is just the beginning, the ends is what we all have our eyes on.
13  Economy / Exchanges / Binance Plans To Onboard 180 Fiat Currencies on: November 13, 2019, 10:23:30 AM
Binance plans to add 180 fiat currencies.

“One of the key things I want to do for the next few months – six to nine months or so – is to get those other 180 onboarded onto Binance.com,” CZ said.

https://micky.com.au/binance-to-onboard-180-new-fiat-currencies/

In your opinion, do you think this is a step in the right direction? Would this play a crucial role in the adoption of Cryptocurrencies worldwide? Binance has always been a pace setter, starting from IEOs to margin trading and now fiat currencies, it's likely that we would be entering an era where other exchanges would be scrambling to onboard fiat currencies too and this would definitely make it easier for people to access Cryptocurrencies from their countries.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China’s Cryptocurrency 'Protects' Legal Currency Yuan on: September 09, 2019, 10:56:34 PM
China is on a fast track to Cryptocurrency adoption, from being against crypto to being pro crypto in the space of a few months, this is like an exact replica of what Facebook did, recently read the news about Tether minting a stable coin backed by the Chinese Yuen as well.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: September 09, 2019, 10:53:39 PM
While the Binance chain is very fast, we have to consider the fact that it's also quite basic as well, even CZ himself has confirmed it, Binance chain is not developed to be a competition to Bitcoin, it is merely created to support the Binance Ecosystem, anyways, anything is possible in the crypto sphere, let's watch and see how it goes.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB bought JEX and airdropping JEX tokens on: September 09, 2019, 10:48:17 PM
I am.very much interested in the jex airdrop but it seems that details about it is very scarce at the moment, I was expecting the news about the airdrop to pump the price of BNB but it barely moved it at all, maybe people are waiting for the details of the airdrop before making any moves.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why transactions take so much time? on: September 09, 2019, 10:40:57 PM
It all depends on BTC transaction speed at that moment although I have noticed that withdrawals in some exchanges are much faster and some of these exchanges are Mercatox and gate.io exchange, Binance withdrawals a Nd deposits used to be very slow too but they seem to have improved it a great deal recently.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone buying Ether ? on: September 09, 2019, 10:38:00 PM
This feels like I am reading the Bitcoin for Pizza story all over again, imagine purchasing 2,000 ETH for 1 BTC when presently, it's worth just 57 ETH for 1 BTC and someone was even thinking twice about it!, I definitely didn't get into this Crypto space early enough.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO becomes successful = ETH will moon? on: September 09, 2019, 10:29:39 PM
I am still wondering how you arrived at this conclusion considering the fact that no IEO I have seen so far accepts ETH as a contribution currency, it's either the exchange's native tokens or USDT and this has no ties to ethereum at all, ethereum might moon but it definitely wouldn't be because of IEOs.
