How high do you expect HEAT to go after launch?

Market cap after ICO is very small for a project which such ambitious whitepaper and tech.

STRAT had it's ICO in the similar timeframe as HEAT and they launched x3/x4 (now trading x7) and they have standard QT wallet (waiting for the actual one) + lots of things in the works. We will be starting with many things already working on the launch day, so I would expect marketcap much higher than STRAT, but hard to predict exact numbers (x5?).

We have also WAVES which is very similar to HEAT in terms of various features and after launch it was trading with market cap of 16 million dollars (now of course much higher), that would make over x14 ICO price but I doubt we would achieve such numbers immediately after launch, market won't let it.

One thing is for sure - HEAT was very undervalued in the initial phase.
Here is comparision of coins that were in similar situation and profits they gave to their investors.

Stratis to be the next extremely profitable crypto project?

This is one of the most interesting projects in crypto space right now. Look where are we now - using standard QT wallet, no real features that would diversify this coin from many others released yet. If with nothing yet released STRAT can have market cap of 5 million USD, then imagine what will happen when things from the roadmap will start to be getting delivered. Remember we are at 5 million USD with literally NOTHING fresh released. Yes, we have great dev team, but imagine market cap when they actualy start delivering what thay have promised. Short term goals are:

- Cloud Stratis Beta Announcement in November
- Cloud Stratis Beta release in November
- NStratis Full Node Framework and Bitcoin Full Node Framework in December
- Cloud Stratis out of beta in December - Stratis private Chains in December
- Stratis Consultancy launch in January
- Full Stratis Documentation in January
- Example code and apps in January
- Stratis Development Portal in January
- Release of NStratis on Microsoft's .NET core, in January
- Fiat gateways in January
- Lite wallets and mobile apps in January
- Libraries in March

I've recently posted this infographic in HEAT's thread (which, BTW, is another interesting crypto project). How high will Stratis go from now short term? x3? x4? x5? And how high will it go long term? That's impossible to predict, but baseless hype aside, I believe current prices will be laughable when actual product gets released.

What exchanges is STRAT trading at?

Strat is trading only at Bittrex as for now.

I thought WAVES raised a lot more, not making it much above ICO price still.

It did, but it gradually went below ICO price after launch (ICO was overbought) before returning to over ICO prices recently.

That's undisputed - the ~600k EUR of liquid cryptocurrency we received in funding round 1 is likely going to be one of the most serious undertakers in the recent crypto history, yet enough already for the company to operate regardless of the success of round 2.

Exactly!

Waves is a lot like HEAT regarding features for custom assets, however their transaction speeds and real, licensed business advances that are going to be utilized in commercial applications are unknown. Are there any known contenders with 20k to 50k tps basic system capacity on the blockchain industry? Let me know, as I haven't heard of any. Additionally HEAT serves the crowdfunders and E2EE blockchain / free messaging to begin with.

Yes, that's the point - HEAT seems technically superior to WAVES. While Waves is a great project it is not as good in terms of tps. Their main advantage now seems business partnerships (still not revealed, but everyone knows there are some), which I suppose HEAT too has in it's sleeve, so remember to reveal those at some point.

As long as it gives you profit you should be happy. Wink

Lack of communication on the dev's side makes it one of the worst crypto projects in terms of PR.
But amazing whitepaper makes it one of the best crypto projects in terms of tech.
Seriously, not sure what to think about this. The price is slowly going up, but on a very thin market.
STRATIS (which was similar in terms of ICO) launched at x3 ICO price and is currently trading even higher.
Would be good is HEAT could pull the same thing, but in order for that to happen, we need better communication.

Can we please have official HEAT Slack or another place to talk?

One of really great things about this coin is the weekly. It is really well written. I wonder why you decided not to keep people in this thread up to date about all the activity. It seems like not much happening is happening in this thread, while there is so much activity in other places. For those who have not been following: http://heatledger.ghost.io

Not sure how to invest in it. Do I understand correctly I just need to send BTC to the address given on the website?
Yes that's correct

How will I get my tokens after launch?
When the tokens are to be released, You'll be asked to log into a facility on the HEAT web site and make another (pre-paid by us) small transaction from the same cryptocurrency account you used to invest. This transaction will authorize you for the HEAT tokens that are transferred to your initial HEAT wallet which is created client side (securely without anyone else getting access to your private key) on the fly during the same process.

Thus you need to just ensure you have access to the same BTC account at the distribution time and you're covered to get the tokens.

If that sounds complex, please contact us privately for other arrangements.

With which currency it is currently most profitable to invest with?

112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of ACTIVE games on: April 07, 2016, 12:02:19 PM

About the game

The game is built on verified Ethereum contract. It means anyone can see the source and see that it does what it promises to do.

The game is 100% free, there are no fees of any kind.

For every ETH amount you invest, you are getting +80% more coins.
You can not send more than 40 ETH, because we want to give other players a chance to get some coins too.

You can see the stats of the game (amount of coins sent, number of participants, source code etc.) here: http://goo.gl/roh5r3

How to play?

1. You send any amount of ETH between 1 ETH and 40 ETH to the game's address
0x4028b9672bfd71ba2fcd97a6c82e06f72eaa14ba
(if you accidentally send more than 40 ETH it will automatically return to you, so don't try to trick the system)

2. Automatically you get what you invested +80% additional ETH. The coins are sent to the same address from which you invested.

3. You get your coins after other people deposit, so the more people are playing the game, the faster you are getting your coins. Make sure to spread the word about the game!
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Recommended pyramid on: April 06, 2016, 07:27:40 AM
Well, I guess there seems to be monopoly/olygopoly here and some people just got angry that someone else decided to start couple of various pyramids here. I guess there is no need for FUD, there is enough room for everyone. I am into games that are provably fair and have various parameters to suit various game styles - some want to invest a lot and have big instant profits, some want small but frequent profits etc. I create one game at a time and when it slows down I deploy a new one but I am always open to the voice of the community. Just let me know what types of projects would you like.

Some people here really playing dirty. The contracts are 100% legit, as you can easily check because they are open source. I guess I made someone angry creating one with 0% fees and people having their own pyramids are doing everything to FUD it and/or make it removed from this board.
