So, we can build a system where a rich person can sway on what we should do easily but if smaller investors come together on some idea they could change the result as well. This should honestly be done by the team but I am honestly not seeing any movement from them, they are probably working behind the curtains on something (probably new games and all) but on marketing wise what do you see them doing?

Do they have signature campaigns? Do they advertise here on the forum? Is there any marketing effort aside from some graphics stating how it is going so far. When a team gets SO MUCH money via doing nothing but just existing as the creators then it is getting unfair, yeah you created the website so you should get some but 30% of ALL bet tokens for not doing anything anymore is not fair. They should do something about marketing and we are willing to help with it too.

They did have a bounty campaign. I wish i had participated, but at the time i thought that they would be anonymous and probably a scam.
But why are you implying that the team doing nothing? They managed to lure in big whales and are implementing new games and coins, they are going to conferences and such. This has nothing to do with fairness, the team has earned every penny and they have always been clear on how many tokens they have.
Only the betting is provably fair.

And i would rather give even more power to whales, because as site that pays dividends we want to lure more whales in to play.

Yup they have been going to big blockchain and Gaming in London and have been seen on the Binance event in Manila and will be going to Malta as they have been invited to the Malta Blockchain Summit and will be meeting with the Prime Minister of Malta as well. I've seen ads and articles in the past as well.

By the way they just posted a new update https://steemit.com/eos/@eosbet/eosbet-community-update here you can read more about their marketing efforts.

-snip-

What will happen when the last 35% of the bets tokens gets mined, will the casino start to buy up bet tokens on exchanges?

Why would they? After all tokens are distributed it will still be the same casino, running provably fair, giving out dividends to token holders ect.
By the time it runs out they will have listed their token and you can buy/sell them on the open market as well. You can still gamble like any other casino (but provably fair and they open sourced their code ect.)

In other words business will continue like usual when that happens.

This could be an off topic for you guys but I'm sure you have noticed the Bethash project that offers the same type of passive income that EOSbet offered. If you have been to their website, they offer more games on their casino. Sure its a competitor but do you think they are as good as EOSbet?

Nice shill man, anyway, please show me the open sourced code of bethash like EOSBet did... Please show me the license of bethash like EOSBet has... please show me the innovation EOSBet made like easy signup for non EOS (or in their case TRX ) users... Please show me their native acceptance of BTC, LTC, and soon ETH to be added...

More games doesn't always mean better. I don't see them giving focusing on fundamentals that are needed to sustain long term...

Well that's my opinion anyway. But let's not talk about another casino here.  Cheesy

Please don't quote game-protect, he is just making up nonsensical statements for trolling purposes. Just press an ignore button instead, so we can focus real issues on eosbet. You can not fight nonsense with logic.
Hello brain washer, please explain where the calculation is nonsensical?

Let me calculate:

1) 125 Bitcoins wagered = 10,000 BET fantasy tokens and therefore 12.5 Bitcoins wagered = 1,000 BET fantasy tokens

2) 12.5 Bitcoins wagered for 1,5% house edge = - 0.182 BTC = - $1,450 loss

3) 100 EOS x $6.50 = $650

To receive 1,000 BET fantasy tokens you will lose $1,450 and then you maybe can sell them for $650 and your final loss is - $800! Grin

Next time brain wash better EODBet investment fraud scheme! Cheesy

EOSBet is an obvious investment fraud scheme and I explained it sensical. Wink

Only because you are the owner of a not functioning brain does not make my statements nonsensical! Cheesy
To help you with calculation, there is no math to calculate how much you can sell your bet tokens to because there is no exchange that sells it yet (which is an issue if you want to focus on this?) so that calculation of 650 dollars to sell that 1000 token is wildy inaccurate, there is no set price for it and the only way anyone could sell their tokens is if you sell the whole account and until we have it on an exchange they are all speculative numbers.

However, you can calculate how much the dividends are on average per month and calculate how much you need to lose on average to make how much per month on average, that would be better math. I am not saying you are wrong here, I am helping you find a more realistic and much better approach to criticize eosbet if you really want to, my version of feedback will work muc better for you.

Don't spend your energy on him and just hit that ignore button. Just read through this thread or any thread he's in really. Nothing sensible comes out of him. You can react to him however you want, it only feeds him to place more fud posts based on zero proof.

Wondering how the progress is going on the marketing funnel. Hope they already found extra Developer as well.

Signature spammer has no time to read my posts and did not realize that I never spoke about their gambling system!  Huh

But now as you mention it, to pay 50% more house edge for a decentralized system is a huge price, is not it?

Signature spammer missed it, but I inform the community about EOSBet's investment fraud scheme! Wink

You are the biggest spammer and calling people spammer Cheesy You are the constant troll of gambling section.

Anyways, i just see now it shows expected ltc and btc dividends, it is a great addition.

They also announced ETH and another will be added soon

Huge!!! keep em coming  Grin

Game-protect keeps on attacking eosbet for what the "users" say instead of what actual eosbet says, there are plenty of stuff to give feedback on it instead of attacking the users.

The great thing about eosbet is its literally decentralized, so even if the team wants to change something in the game, they can't, not like provably fair proof type of deal, literally they have no control over to even give proof it is provably fair, it is so much out of their reach, which is why I am always incredibly sad to see that people focus on dividends and the bet token, that will eventually end, people will be able to sell their bet tokens and all, there will be 100% mined one day, so that topic should not be the main discussion, this is a casino and the casino aspect of it is rarely ever talked.

Just press the /ignore button under his name. As everyone reading his comments will know he's not a sane person to discuss with.

I have seen users in the chat selling BET tokens but how do we get to make the transaction and move BET tokens to other account?
Up to this time we aren't able to know how much each token is worth. There is a user selling 1000BET for 100EOS, but I don't know if they can move the token yet. How long we to wait for this to happen?

I am also baffled by this. I thought you could sell eos accounts, but how do you sell an eosbet account?

There are 3rd party services available on EOS that can facilitate selling/buying an EOS account for you. I've never done it myself, but seen a lot of people used it.

Its not the EOS account that they are trying to sell, its the BET tokens. EOSbet accounts could be sold but then that would mean two of you are going to have access to the account since the buyer can't transfer the BET tokens. It ain't going to be an ideal contract to get into.

No, because BET is not transferable, they are trying to sell the EOS account holding BET. And for really about the 3rd or 4th time in this thread, EOS blockchain allows you to change private keys, so saying the two of you are going to have access to the account is wrong for EOS accounts. There are escrow services on EOS that will facilitate EOS account buying/selling. But again I never used it myself, but it's pretty known in the EOS community.

Incredible!

Congrats to one of our high rollers for a massive win - 30 564 EOS / 195 609 USD!!!

This is the power of true provably fair iGaming!

Join now on http://eosbet.io

Shocked Shocked Shocked What an incredibly lucky person! I wonder how much this person lost prior to this winning and whether the loss is offset by this win  Huh Either way, no doubt this is very rare so whoever got this must be super lucky!

I'm pretty sure, it's not 1 person, but he means multiple high rollers (as the message is in plural as well). But still nice indeed!
210  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 16, 2019, 09:22:42 AM
I was considering what if there was an exchange in eosbet itself instead of giving those profits to somewhere else? Like I know an exchange is not something easy to make but if there was some sort of "eos to bet" or "btc to bet" type of exchange which is just people creating a market for bet like any other coin in all exchanges then we could potentially have another source of dividends too.

All the trading fees that is collected from that exchange could be given to people who own bet tokens, so on top of the losses on the gambling side of things going to bet token holders we would have exchange fee's going to bet token holders as well and the team would profit from it too since they have a lot of bet tokens for free anyway. I think thats something to really think about.

They would need an exchange license to make that. And that's a whole another beast to negotiate. Maybe in the future though.

Yeah you're right, would complicate things, while their focus should be fully on building the casino right now. Once that's grown enough they could see what side business would be good and compliments their core business.
211  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 15, 2019, 07:47:59 AM
Looks interesting but hope they add more casino games too, and have options to auto convert our EOSBET tokens to the specific altcoins we want.😊😊 But for now EOSBET seems need to gain more transparency coz I think not everyone knows about EOSBET gaming site.

Transparency has no link to the popularity of the gambling site.  Also it is not always the responsibility of the site to promote their services. If you play on EOSBet.io and are satisfied with it, then you can also promote the site, share it with your friends etc.

That's what the referral link every one has is for... you'll even get rewarded 0.25% of every wager the referred makes.

Why passively claim they are a scam without any proof? They have given more evidence of being fair than any other casino as far I could find:

Open sourced code: https://gitlab.com/EOSBetCasino/eosbetdice_public
Statistical analysis: https://medium.com/@cc32d9/fairness-report-for-eosbet-dice-e96651fc6e8b
Case study: https://hacken.io/case-study-hacken-smart-contract-audit-of-eosbet
License: Click on the Gaming Curacao logo at the bottom of their site as it will verify the url as licensed.

Just because you lost (more than once) doesn't mean it's rigged, the odds of that happening at 1.00x not that weird.

That was answer to levyashin but i was asking about eosbet being the ONLY one. Just google "provably fair casinos" and there are so many that eosbet doesn't even come up on the search results.

Just googling "provably fair casinos" does not make them actually provably fair, when you look in to it, none of them have open sourced their code for example. But EOSBet has open sourced and even has a 3rd statistical analysis and a 3rd party case study done.

The fact they are actually the only provably fair open source casino out there
*snip*

How come people are claiming this? Surely this is not the case, has anyone confirmed this? I don't think that even Eosbet is claiming that it's the only that's provably fair.

Yes, i agree. There is no place to check their claim. Also, when i try any game with my dividends, it feels like game is rigged. Just tried crash game and it failed at 1.00x. And this wasn't the first time.

I don't know if they are claiming it, but I am. But to be fair I did not check every casino in the world. However I was not able to find another casino that was fully on-chain that also open sourced their code.

If there was another one that is provably fair to the same degree as EOSBet it would still make them very unique in the world.

okay I'm up to listen to you game-protect. how is it nonsense for a project to distribute dividends for life?

i'm not sure either how to check where they do have provably fair games but the only I played in EOSbet was the dice. can you show to us too how they are not fair?

I am a bit worried because the volume on the site has dropped so much lately. Hopefully the marketing continues with the new coins added.
I blocked game-protect while ago for obvious trolling.

I don't think adding new coins would be enough.

They need to change their betting style to social betting. Right now you are playing the crash game by yourself but it can be like bustabit.

I (and have seen more in telegram chat) actually prefer not having to wait before my bets start. I like the single player mode better (unless of course it's PvP). Even better would be for them to offer both the single player and multiplayer modes.
216  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 13, 2019, 09:37:34 AM
We do not know how much of the current base is because they want to get bet tokens and we do not know how much of it is just gamblers. However considering the fact that even after all of bet tokens are issued and they have owners don't you think there are other casinos out there? Doesn't people play on casinos just for the fun of it without getting anything in return?

I mean does anyone get anything for gambling at primedice? No, but they continue to play there right? So, why isn't it possible that after all bet tokens are issued people would continue to gamble here? They could literally do the biggest marketing in the world with ALL bet tokens taking a cut on dividends to spend it on marketing budget and having awesome promotions. I still think the wagered amount is way too big for how little dividends are given out but that is another issue and not like yours.

I agree here, and there is no reason why they wouldn't by that time as they own 30% of the tokens, there (and everyone elses) dividends would only benefit more from it.

About the wagered amount being way too high... it's actually only a bonus on top of the normal reward if you win. EOSBet has set the dropratio not with "investing" in mind, even though some people do. You even get those tokens when you lost a wager. My advice is just gamble because you like to gamble. Try to beat the odds and win some EOS, BTC or LTC. Consider the BET tokens just a bonus as it's meant to be. Ever small dividend you get because of that is also just a bonus.

Yeah please don't feed game-protect and ignore like sockpuppet1911 does, when you give him undeniable proof he still says that's not proof and starting asking the same basic questions again that he can actually just verify himself.

To react to your post... he can't proof it's not fair because it is. It's 100% on-chain. And they haven open sourced their code. A 3rd party has also done a statistical analysis of over a million bets on the blockchain and it proof mathematical proof that the outcome is random. On top of that a 3rd party (Hacken) reviewed their code and even posted an article about it as a case study. Also they are fully licensed by the Gaming Curacao and are officially recognized as an Casino.

EOSBet is the most provably fair casino I've seen. However, just watch him deny all these things as proof. Even saying the license is not real because it's not supported by the government or something. While he could just go to http://www.gaming-curacao.com the official website and read this on the homepage:

As a Master Licence holder issued by the Government of Curacao, we are able to issue qualified eGaming operators with an online gaming license, allowing them to legally conduct their eGaming activities from within the Island Territory of Curacao.

He will just deny all of this and start asking dumb questions again which have been answer numerous times already. He has no live, so better to not react to his posts and maybe he'll go away.
218  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 11, 2019, 04:16:55 PM
Your logic is flawed!

The key question is how many of the current players are gamblers and how many play to get the BET fantasy tokens?

Those who played for BET fantasy tokens will logically stop after no more tokens will be issued and the house of cards will collapse! Cheesy

The casino offer itself can not compete much!

Based on the logic, game-protect is right in that there will be nothing to do if all the fantasy tokens are distributed out with no more being issued - logically, you'd inevitably collapse.

That's nonsense... the BET tokens are just an extra. By the time the BET tokens are all distributed it will have grown and matured big enough to run like any other online casino out there. The fact they are actually the only provably fair open source casino out there alone will give them more and more players. Why would a player play at a casino of which he cannot verify it's fairness while at EOSBet he can...

On top of that they release good tech/features and the games that are out are working good with a nice UI (even though UI is a matter of taste and everyone's different). As you can read in the latest update. They pay attention to the fundamentals of good marketing and are expending the DEV team to start delivering faster games now fundamentals are in the works.
219  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 11, 2019, 09:25:36 AM
The next EOSBet update has been posted yesterday:

https://steemit.com/eos/@eosbet/eosbet-community-update-may-10-2019

Good update about what they are building at the moment in regards to marketing. Like how they are paying attention to building these fundamentals of a business first before going all out on "look at us". But taking their time to build something to capitalize on that the "look at us" marketing after that is done. Now that these fundamentals are being build on good to see they also hiring more DEVs to output faster games. Grin

Can't wait to see how EOSBet will grow after this marketing funnel is in place and the actual marketing starts.
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 10, 2019, 08:42:53 AM
One of the most important things for me is whether depositing and withdrawing with BTC and / or other cryptocurrencies is possible. EOSBet.io has the option to deposit. What about withdrawal?

no one makes a site that cant withdraw unless it is scamm. eosbet has made a lot money and share lots of divs, running legit since almost a year, so yes thats pretty much a standard function.

Maybe it's not crypto-based, but once, I've made a deposit with a crypto. But when it came time to withdraw, I couldn't find a method for crypto.

Every currency (EOS, BTC & LTC) you can deposit to EOSBet you can also withdraw. If you need help with your withdraw I suggest you go to the EOSBet telegram and ask for help.
