421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INSN Coin 🔷 POW/POS/Master Nodes/InstantTXs 🔷 18.4m Coins 🔷 on: October 01, 2017, 12:25:43 AM
Watch in bitcoingarden, how less amount Secco gives per retweets and tweets...thats meaning Dev knows how this coin will be expensive in the future. I think wrong Huh

That doesn't necessarily mean that.  It could just be that Bitcoingarden is running low on INSN and they want to keep the campaign going so they have to lower the rewards for each tweet or retweet.  I do hope to see the price of INSN be much more expensive than it is right now.  Price is insanely cheap and the trading volume is dropping.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [AIRDROP] eBTC | The New (ERC20) Bitcoin on: October 01, 2017, 12:13:10 AM
Thank you eBTC.  I received my tokens.  For those who want to check to see if they received any or not.  Just use https://ethplorer.io/  If you were sent some, you should see it in there without having to add the specifications of the token.  Now let's see how far the eBTC project goes.  It looks like it has a strong community.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ZeroNet Coin - 100% Premined 100% Free ICO Airdrops on: September 29, 2017, 09:13:14 PM
Project is abandoned already?  That sure shows how dedicated the developer of this project is.  Gives up after one little thing that doesn't satisfy him.  Maybe their should have been more business planning before launching another crap token on the Waves platform.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best and safest way to store passwords? on: September 29, 2017, 08:55:45 PM
The best and safest way to store passwords are in your head by memorization.   Memory passwords are the safest as long as you don't forget them.  Use words and number combinations that relate to your life or lifestyle and it shouldn't be too hard to memorize.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Chinese OEM Power Supplies on: September 29, 2017, 06:26:08 PM
no a good idea. china and no-name psu just calls for burning house.

I totally agree with your statement, it's not worth it saving a few dollars on a cheaper PSU.  Power supplies can cause serious damage to the rest of your mining rig/computer and even to your house.  I would purchase a name brand Gold or Platinum Power supply since those have been through rigorous testing and also comes with a good warranty.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to detect a scam ICO? on: September 29, 2017, 06:13:43 PM
You should always look up all of the members on the team and see if they really exist and have the experience they claim they have.  I always avoid ICO's with an anonymous team since it's just too risky even though it's not necessarily means it's a scam.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INSN Coin 🔷 POW/POS/Master Nodes/InstantTXs 🔷 18.4m Coins 🔷 on: September 28, 2017, 06:54:42 AM
I think this might end up being the situation. INSN should always be priority number 1 for all of us.. The current price right now is pretty depressing. There really isn't a need for an INSC airdrop until INSN is in high demand. The focus should be to promote INSN so that it is well known by the cryptocurrency community. Also fack yobit exchange.

Hey man.  I knew your post looked very familiar.  Why are you pretty much posting what I said except for your last sentence about the yobit exchange.  If you like what someones says, it's best to quote it instead of using it as your own.  It's just weird.

I hate to agree but I think this might end up being the situation.  INSN should always be priority number 1.  The current price right now is pretty depressing.  There really isn't a need for an INSC airdrop until INSN is in high demand.  The focus should be to promote INSN so that it is well known by the cryptocurrency community.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MyEtherWallet Question on: September 28, 2017, 01:15:32 AM
What happens if you send tokens to your wallet if you hadn't added the coin info to your wallet?  Like the address, decimal and ticker info.

Thanks!

The tokens will still arrive to your wallet address and you can add the token information later to have it appear in your MEW address.  Just be sure that the tokens you are sending are ERC20 tokens.  Don't send coins or tokens from non Ethereum platforms to MEW or they will be lost.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stupid bittrex on: September 27, 2017, 07:02:14 PM
Bittrex is a great exchange.  I have been using them for years and never had a major issue.  The support team is also excellent at getting back to you pretty quick.  It looks like Bittrex has taken over Poloniex on the trading volume.  https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pump groups ? on: September 27, 2017, 06:30:08 AM
Pump groups are trouble.  They usually pick up coins way before they start to tell you to buy them.  They choose coins that are on life support with barely any trading volume.  Once they start to pump it, then it's who dumps it the quickest or end up with a bag full of worthless coins.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INSN Coin 🔷 POW/POS/Master Nodes/InstantTXs 🔷 18.4m Coins 🔷 on: September 26, 2017, 03:06:57 AM
Any exchange where Insane is listed already?

INSANE is listed on Yobit but those coins are now worthless and are no longer supported by the INSANE Team.  The new valid coins are INSN and you can see from this link that it is currently traded on multiple exchanges.  https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/insanecoin-insn/#markets
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INSN Coin 🔷 POW/POS/Master Nodes/InstantTXs 🔷 18.4m Coins 🔷 on: September 26, 2017, 03:04:45 AM
Hello, everybody, I would like to make a short statement regarding insane. (INSN) and Insane Spaces Cryptoplex (INSC).

First Insane Coin.

Most of what you will find here is not new information; Most has been said before, albeit not in the same place nor at the same time.

Insanecoin was not born via an ICO and was not graced with huge start-up funds.  Finances have been mostly funded by personal donations and large investments by core team members. Insane has a great community and a great team that run it behind the scenes. The team is not limited to the individuals listed at insanecoin.com; these are core members. Also, many more people play varied roles and do a great job for insane.

One problem that I have seen within crypto is the self-implosion of coins due to lack of interest past the first few months or years if lucky.
Devs come, disappear, lose interest and for whatever reason the coin dies.
Our business model devoids this risk.
Insane coin is a team. Not the idea or baby of one person. No one person has full control, and no one person can run off with the funds or cause any real issues that would effect the future of insane.

Cryptocoderz has been working with insane for some time as one of our team devs. During the last few months, some unexpected personal issues have limited his ability to work within crypto.  Due to this cryprocoderz will be taking time away. We wish him all the best and hope everything gets resolved.

In the meantime a long awaited update to the wallet is arriving soon, this addresses the master node payment issues as well as some other small issues and bug fixes.

We are moving on with our plans, one of which I will talk about next. Insane has long term goals, and we could pump this or that and build hype. But that is not a sustainable approach or in the best interests of team members, investors or community members.

Now Insane spaces.

We have been working on insane spaces for some time now, the idea started simple but has grown into a monster of a task. The main reason being for that is our want to include as many funding options as possible. We want to involve a wider community than just crypto lovers. Mainstream funding will offer more access to a wider range of people, and with the crypto element playing a large part it will expose more people to our ever expanding presence in the global marketplace.

An insane Space will introduce business and social communities to crypto via education, entertainment and exposure. A place that can expose crypto to a whole new marketplace via interaction, education and awareness.

Insane spaces INSC will be run alongside insane coin INSN, Insane coins (Insane crypto systems Ltd). However insane space will be run in a way that benefits the crypto community as a whole.
Insane spaces will be running as a "Not for profit" company.

What does this mean?
All profits that are made will be reinvested into the project or other similar causes or projects. Once established we will be offering grants for research or development to worthwhile and beneficial projects. We will be creating a charitable fund that can be deployed where needed via member voting.
Members will play a very important role in the future within Insane, and we will be introducing a system of direction to guide insane spaces down the correct path. I feel that one person's vision is just not big enough a team must drive forward and that team must be governed by consensus rather than blind vision.

To clarify the INSN holder 2 for 1 swap.

On a date yet to be confirmed (we are aiming for early January 2018)
Holders of INSN will receive 1 INSC for each INSN that you hold at the point of the snapshot (Date also TBC)

You will keep your INSN, so say you have 100 INSN right now. And you keep those INSN until the snapshot, and you will then also receive 100 INSC.

So you will have 100 INSN and 100 INSC, effectively a 2 for 1, but you already own 1 so its free coins just for being insanely wonderful and hanging on to your INSN. (And because we love you all)

I hope that clears up a few questions. Please feel free to ask me anything on Twitter via @insanecoin or @notnormalscom. Feel free to message me on slack, Bitcoin talk or Bitcoin garden if you have any questions.

Thanks for reading

Notnormals

May I ask if I will receive INSC coins if my INSNs are on the exchange?
If not, then where do I need to store my INSN coins to get INSC.

I think you must hold INSN in hard wallet to get INSC,but this is just my oppinion.

To guarantee that you get your share, I think everyone should keep INSN in your personal INSN wallet.  Exchanges may not choose to want to add INSC to their exchange so they won't have an INSC wallet available.  I may be completely wrong how the distribution works.  Maybe it's best to wait for an official announcement.

Why 24h volume is so low on Cryptopia?
Below $1000 is unbelievable!
Great coin.
Maybe devs should do more ads?)

I remember days when insane from 400 sat goes to 4k-5k sat,we need some similar action now.

But now from 1500 sat to 20k-50k sat or more:)

I surely do miss those days.  They were mostly from pumps on Yobit though.  Yobit still haven't added INSN yet even though Bittzy78 has paid the fees months ago.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency is the fastest? on: September 22, 2017, 01:12:06 AM
Just about any coin or token is faster than Bitcoin.  I think most altcoins are pretty quick with confirmations.  Some exchanges require more confirmations for certain coins so it still slows down the deposits.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES | Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform | unofficial supporters topic on: September 16, 2017, 09:30:24 PM
Anyone hear anything about the last WCT distribution?  Normally they are sent out on the 15th of the month but their seems to be a delay on this one.  Not sure if the team is just too busy on other things and might of forgotten.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] KICKICO |ICO 29th August| PLATFORM FOR CROWDFUNDING ON CRYPTOCURRENCY on: September 15, 2017, 05:49:37 PM
I bought kick when eth was at 330, does that mean ppl who buy kick now with same amount of eth will have better deal ?

1 ETH will remain 1 ETH it doesn't matter on what price you bought even so many invested today when it was around $210. The conversion rate will remain same for 1 ETH because that is basic currency of this ICO.

but Dollar wise it will make an huge impact if one plans to convert their  ETH to USDT..

Coverted back to fiat then yes, those who purchase kick tokens now are getting a better deal because they paid less for their Ethereums and those who are buying with Ethereum ICO tokens are getting a GREAT deal!   Wink
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: THE CHEAPEST AND THE MOST PROFITABLE POS COIN OUT THERE on: September 15, 2017, 06:26:32 AM
I don't know if it's the cheapest but it is really affordable right now is Insanecoin (INSN).  POS is at 8% annually.  Masternodes rewards are higher and requires having 50k INSN which is currently around 5.5 cents each right now.  Something worth looking into if you're into POS and masternodes.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Wallpaper on: September 15, 2017, 03:27:53 AM
I am using Bitcoin the Godfather of cryptocurrency as my wallpaper.  I have to give respect to the original cryptocurrency even though I own mostly altcoins right now.  This is the image I am using as my current wallpaper.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Dont Use YoBit !! on: September 14, 2017, 01:12:31 AM
Yobit's customer service is almost nonexistence and even when they do reply to you a long time afterwards, the funny thing is they request for tips in bitcoins which is a joke.  You shouldn't ask for a tip for issues due to your own platform.  That's like someone stealing your dog and when they return it to you, they want a reward.  lol
