I think it's clear that they are not really great at getting rid of players that easily. I mean we have seen them keep players, even players that gets high salaries as well for a long time and unfortunately they just can't get rid of them.
I personally believed that Pique should have been gone during the summer and not during middle of the season, Busquets the same way, and plenty others. If they can get rid of these players and not pay them as well, so it is not just firing but mutual agreement, then we could had some decency for sure.
