63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRX deposit on: October 15, 2019, 07:55:06 PM

Just to clarify, I don't think you got it.
You cannot store TRX in Metamask.

TRX has its own blockchain. However, there was an airdrop to ETH holders in the Ethereum Blockchain, and they airdropped TRX ERC-20 Tokens to wallets with some ETH balance.

Those Tokens are not strictily TRX, as they are no longer supported by TRX team, company or whatever they are. But you can exchange those tokens 1:1 on binance. There is no guarantee that binance will continue to do so, or that binance will even exist in the next year.

So, if you want to store TRX, get a Tronix or TronLink Wallet.

I got it now.We will follow this approach.Thank you.

65  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Save Yourself From, "Wallet Scammers". on: October 15, 2019, 11:40:10 AM
Before providing your wallet address anywhere just make sure that you are giving it on the right platform. So it is always advisable that before joining any bounty or airdrop 1st try to learn the project and get some knowledge. Also, try to verify the email before clicking it.

You can deposit TRX on metamask as an erc20 token but if its already on the main net it won't work.

About swapping there is no feature on metamask that you can just swap TRX to mainnet.

Better read this one of the following guides below on how to swap TRX.

- Guide To Swap Tron (TRX) to Mainnet
- How to prepare for the TRX to swaps with Binance

This is what I wanted to clarify that since trx has shifted to mainnet,So is there any option to store trx in metamask.Thank you for the information.

Myethwallet is the top best wallet that is transitioned into the eth blockchain. As MEW is highly secure like a hardware wallet like trezor and ledger which is integrated MEW into their wallets. Because of the MEW feature, it is one of the most popular wallet among hardware wallet. Also, it has some feature to create a paper wallet and store the private key.
So you can choose the wallet according to your convenience.

70  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Storing USDT off exchange. on: October 10, 2019, 11:42:36 AM
Now you can deposit and withdraw your USDT by using both ERC20 based address and Omni based address. Some exchange is only accepted ERC20 addresses. You can store your USDT in trust wallet, imtoken, myether wallet, and metamask. Make sure which address you are using and then choose the wallet for it.
71  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't lose your bitcoin on: October 10, 2019, 11:37:31 AM
Don't buy and sell your coins from the exchange if you aren't aware of the particular platform. Don't invest your coins on a single platform so that you will not face any lose. If you are believing in any social media advertisement then investigate about it and send your coins. So that you won't be scammed by anyone.
72  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to sell my BTC? on: October 10, 2019, 08:35:13 AM
You can sell your BTC in many exchanges but it depends on you whether you want to receive fiat or crypto. Because some exchanges are decentralized but they only support crypto to crypto selling options. So choose the exchange where its terms and conditions fulfill your requirements with some profit.
73  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading Platform on: October 09, 2019, 11:47:03 AM
Go to coin market cap>search the particular coin you want to buy>When you click on the coin you will get the detailed info about the coin> then go to the market and there you can see the coins price and the pairs on which exchange it is available. So try to investigate and then trade.
74  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice for a poor newbie on: October 08, 2019, 11:15:39 AM
Try to pick that in which if you will get more profit if you will hold for a long time and also do your fully research about the coin then only invest so that you will be at the safer side. If you are not sure then don't put all your money in one coin.
75  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Warning! Be careful with messages that receive money on: October 08, 2019, 11:03:07 AM
Don't click on any emails if you are n't sure it is the genuine one and also don't give your private information to anyone and don't download any link which you have received on your email.
Basically, if you are getting any email regarding your payment details and your account login details then don't respond to that email.
Don't click the link blindly 1st just try to verify from your end.
76  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRADING AND INVESTING IN CRYPTO INDUSTRY!!! on: October 08, 2019, 10:55:59 AM
Trading in crypto and investing in crypto both are different things with different accepts.
Investing cryptocurrency is a long term trend because cryptocurrency price is very volatile. If you will hold the coins for the long term then you will be more profitable. So it is always advisable to buy the coins when it is at a low price and hold till the price is on hype.
But trading cryptocurrency is a short term trend. So in trading buy low and sell it when the price is high. If you are ready to take the loss then you can do the vice-versa as well(means buy high and sell low). Mainly in short term trends, the main goal is to earn more money.
If you don't know whether you want to trade or invest you can do both but with some patience so that you won't be in any loss.
77  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BEWARE OF SCAM AIRDROPS AND BOUNTIES! on: October 07, 2019, 10:53:38 AM
It seems nowadays more scams are spreading. It happens because if people seeing any new airdrop the are signing up easily.
There is a high risk of being hack in bounties and airdrops. There some steps you can follow aswell-
1. First, try to get some knowledge about the particular which you are going to join and search for their website and read all the steps carefully which you are going to follow.
2. Check the airdrop form carefully whether it is valid or not.
3. If you find anything scam-related thing on telegram then as soon as report the admin of the particular airdrop channel.
4. So the best thing you can do always try to verify the airdrop and bounty before joining them.
78  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC LIMITS on: October 04, 2019, 11:18:18 AM
Wallets don't have such limits of sending and receiving coins. But all exchanges have their own limits of trading. So choose the exchange which is fulfilling your requirements and then trade.
79  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tell me how to invest on: October 04, 2019, 11:07:33 AM
Always try to split your investment. Don't invest all your money in one coin so you will not be at risk. Always read about the coin on their official websites on which you are going to invest and make more profit from that coin.
