was going to deposit for betting but I check the max and it show me 10mBTC maximum in all the matches, is this a king of bug and when I ll try to bet will be bigger or are you real max 10mBTC?

I am incredibly frustrated with this site  I make NFL bets every week but half of my bets don't go through, I just get an error message that says "failed to submit bet" with no explanation as to what I did wrong. I try to place the same bet again a few hours later and then it works. I don't know if this is a glitch or just a way for the casino to limit my action as I have been winning lately. What happen to the bets which do not go through ? The money which you bet is credited back to your account ? I think you should try to contact support if not already did so or maybe you need to check your own internet connection, if slow net is the reason for timeout. I don't lose the money, but if I am not able to get my bet in before kickoff I can't bet that game and I lose out on the action. Also, I just want to be able to log in, place my bets, and log out. I don't want to spend hours on the site just to place a handful of bets. Anyone know any good sportsbook alternatives I can go to when BitcoinRush is dicking me around? With BTC fairlay, nitrogen and cloudbet I think that are A. How is possible BTCrush dont answer any message? |

I received it but I dont know why you send me 0.1 BTC when my withdrawl was 0.1092610086 . Obviously I am not going to figh for 0.0092 Bitcions but it is a joke after 1 month waiting to get paid. Dont know why someone would use your bookie with this lack of profesionalism, lack of support / answer emails and shitty markets. 0.0092 BTC was send to your wallet. Just bumped into this thread and saw last reply : as my experience with bitcoinrush has always been positive decided to direct message on telegram to admins/moderators and am sure someone wil chim in soon.
They recently moved from slack to telegram @MonsterByteTelegram and for what I can understand they are really busy with new stuff.
Yeah, it has been a while since carton said anything, I assume his problem must have been resolved. We all hope of course it doesn't take this long if we ever have a problem but it looks like there was a problem with the support system and not the website itself, these kinds of things happen on online world time to time, even the biggest websites crash sometimes, hell I remember a time couple months ago or so when whatsapp crashed and nobody could talk (same happened with instagram as well, must be facebook servers) so when you are dealing with these kinds of online tech related stuff you gotta just brace for time to time problems. As long as its not a constant all the time thing we should be fine, bitcoinrush literally has the best odds out of anyone so they are still doing something great. NO my problem isnt solved. Only I dont have any updates and they dont answer my emails/forum etc. so I am trying other methods. But this scammers dont give me back my moneyor any explanations. |

More than 10 weeks without answering me, after promise answering and publicity that they answer within 24 hours. Expect anyone trust in this shitty bookie like I did.

Yeah, I've always had a positive relationship with them and of course you wouldn't expect them or anyone else to make it a practice of replying customer support issues in a public thread. They're busy with the ShortEx IEO (now in Round 2), but yeah. Telegram's the place for a quick response on customer support. Get on and ask away. Just sitting on my MBI and waiting for the port =) Could you tell me which is his telegram for talking them? Obviously it is a hsame 3 months without answermering me in message/emails etc.. I have a post explaining everything with prints. delays happen a lot in bitgame , it's one of the reasons I decided to just stop betting there beside the 100$ limit on sports the best thing is to keep the request up while waiting for them to be active again , as I remember there was a time where I had to wait around a week to get paid there 3-4 weeks is more than a normal delay. imo. thing that enough to stop betting there too. thanks! |

Knocked myself out of the Survivor Pool last week so bumming around on the site now with BJ and my usual Sports selections.
@casinobitco/admin: I recall a while back requesting that parlays be lowered to 0.5 mBTC if possible, and I think it was (this was during the 2019 high I guess). But I see it's back to being a min of 1 mBTC. Possible to lower it to 0.5? I know it shouldn't be so important but with price, it's still $4 and a bit, and I'm sure more people would like to bet parlays a bit less than $8 =)
