I am surprised by your behaviour. You responded to new user who is probably not deposit ever. But someone waiting over a week & still waiting for withdrawing but you didn't give any explanation & no apologise. You did response a few days ago that withdraw process which looks like a lie to me. 

If you want players to come back & play again then you should change this habit of delaying withdrawal for weeks. you should know that in crypto 1 week is a lot price went down $2000 last week. I wonder who will ever deposit again if they had a similar issue.

At one side you have stopped the withdrawals because the  wallet was hacked but at the same time you have started giving 100% bonus on the deposits. Any new person who would come for the first time will be trapped by this offer and once he deposits he will not be able to withdraw.

If you cannot keep the things transparent, then you are attempting to scam people. It look like you are taking this longer to grab as much fund as possible before completely shutting down the site.

With many people deposit and losing here so they will be able to get extra income so they will be able to return pending withdrawal faster. In players point of view this might be worst because they do not have enough bankroll to support their own casino, eventhough they had been hacked they should have this extra fund to cover it up.
