not sure how active bitgame admin is here but it seems he was online when you posted , probably they didn't notice the message you can try contacting them through discord , that's how I used to do in the past https://discord.gg/eDxcGjqlast message in the group was over 3 months ago so I don't know if they still use discord |

delays happen a lot in bitgame , it's one of the reasons I decided to just stop betting there beside the 100$ limit on sports the best thing is to keep the request up while waiting for them to be active again , as I remember there was a time where I had to wait around a week to get paid there |
