I don't think the strategy is like that. In fact, when facing a team that is supposed to give 3 points, they have to beat them. and try your best to beat the stronger team. or at least not to lose to a stronger team. it will ensure Girona stays safe in the standings.
Now their points are the same as Madrid's, I hope they don't lose focus and try to keep fighting Madrid. Atletico and Barcelona are already behind. if Girona loses their consistency, it will make it easier for Madrid to get trophies this season.

For me personally, League 1 is not as fun and interesting as other European Leagues. So only PSG always has the potential to be the leader, while the existing clubs have only been able to compete for runners up because that is the only position that can still be contested. Galatasaray's job is going to be really difficult about keeping Sacha Boey in the squad at the end of this season. The weirdest thing is that, if somehow United fires ETH, then Ajax is looking bad enough that they could still get him, and that means if they do that then there is a possibility that he could do well here once again.

I mean maybe he is a good manager for Eredevise but not premier league, if that's the case then he would be great and logical to keep him here and just give him a chance to keep it going and do nothing else about it. I get that it is not going to be all that simple to handle it, but we should definitely consider him doing something right if he is still getting a lot of attention. I believe that the best thing to do with him would be something that would make sense for him to just get a job that he knows he is capable of doing.

Milan couldn't even beat Salernitana on the previous week which led them to fall behind Inter and Juventus more. After this they are about to host Sassuolo at San Siro. I'm not very comfortable with Milan to win this game either. Because as you know Inter have only one loss so far and this loss was against Sassuolo home as well.

Thinking how Sassuolo beat the strongest team of the league away I can't really fully trust Milan to beat them.    I'm only confident about both teams to score for this game. Sassuolo could even be the first team to score.

Juventus is trying to reduce the points gap with Inter Milan, and continue to compete for the Scudetto. Beating Roma is one of the main conditions at the moment, but it does not rule out the possibility that Jose Mourinho squad could trouble their steps. This means that Roma has the attributes that can create a surprise in the sense of beating Juventus this week. Ajax who started the season very poorly with conceding so many goals and not having much win ratios, But over the past 2 months we can see how this team has risen so well from below average to sitting in 5th position which shows how much work this coach has put in this team, he really tried in bringing the best out of his boys and now they're performing as expected and I believe they'll maintain their good form and finish in a better spot on the standings, even though they don't come close to winning the tournament.

 Yes, the UCL spot might be out of reach but they’re trying so hard to get an European qualification and that’s achievable especially with their wide range of experience , AZ Alkmaar won’t be a match to this Ajax as they’ll sure slip and Ajax could get serious and pick their spot.

Nunez scored a quick goal after only 5 minutes of the first half, but after that Liverpool had difficulty doubling their lead. Burnley couldn't do much other than defend while waiting for the right time and opportunity to counterattack, but they failed to do so in the first half.

Now the second half has started and like the first half, I think Liverpool will lead the game until the end. Liverpool are favorites for this match and Burnley will inevitably have to accept the fact that they need to defend better and not concede more goals. Actually Real Madrid did not really perform the way they are supposed to because I was thinking that Deportivo Alaves will seriously find it difficult to cope in that match because they are no match with Real Madrid but it was quite unfortunate that real Madrid was unable to utilize the opportunity they have over Deportivo Alaves and also what surprises me on that match was how real Madrid was struggling for a goal on the first half of the match. So perhaps to an extent I was thinking that the match will surely end with draw until real Madrid was able score and win the match and now they have regain there first position, so if they keep up with there wining statistics they may likely win the trophy.

Vlahovic is one striker that’s being wanted by some Top English Clubs but the fact that Juventus doesn’t mind getting rid of him is because he’s not giving the goals they want as their striker, Juventus are in a keen contest for the league with Inter Milan and they don’t just need to defend goals but also score a lot and Vlahovic is falling short of that already, Juventus are all out in search of one who’ll help them get the goals and that already means Vlahovic is leaving the club.

 Well I doubt if Vlahovic would move to Manchester United, during the summer winter there was a negotiation between Chelsea and Juventus that didn't material, and I believe they might rekindle their interest for Vlahovic, cause they too are in serious need of a top 9 and Vlahovic would be more cheaper than Osimhen who they're Said to be after.

I have a slightly different opinion than you. I think the Barca and Napoli pair is quite unpredictable; they are the reigning champions of both the Spanish and Italian leagues. Currently, the form of both Barca and Napoli is not good, but when they face each other, the result is hard to predict. Napoli's style of play remains challenging for teams from England and Spain. Therefore, it's not easy for Barca to overcome Napoli in this round.

Yes whenever I also thought like he would start to score less often he just continued to score goals like a real striker. He is really like a centre-forward rather than a midfielder recently.

Back at Dortmund he was even a central midfielder and he wasn't scoring this many goals in a season. But here Ancelotti started to use him as an attacking midfielder and even rarely as a centre-forward. Now he is making the biggest score contribution to Real Madrid.    He is in his first season maybe but he is already one of the most critical players of the team. Real Madrid would never like to let him go to another team.
