Особенно регулирования важно для крупных трейдеров, которые торгуют крупными суммами или для майнеров. Работа с регулируемой биржей всегда более безопасна, чем с нерегулируемой. тут сложно поспорить, регулированная биржа = безопасная биржа. Времена децентрализованых бирж прошли, сейчас криптовалюты это инструмент заработка, я например торгую только на таких биржах. |
