If you are talking about decentralied projects then there are few good one available in the market like IPFS and filecoin. Yet that doesnt mean that there is no roam for new projects. CATA can see what these projects are not offering and can launch there projects after studying them. There is so much content about IPFS and filecoin already available in the market. May be this is a good hint for team CATA.
The decentralized storage system like IPFS can no doubt hold massive data, but there shortcoming is that there is weak interactivity in such system implementations. If CATA can address such issues then that can be a big plus for them. There are decentralized storage system available and the biggest thing in my view is that they dont offer any query capability that's results in non availability of features like extracting data of your choice or slow searching in stored data. Moreover there is no copy right protection in NFT world, this is something badly required in NFT. This is not something alone for NFT as whole crypto market is taking a break. IMO its a good time to gather your favorite stuff on discounted rates. |

Source " This is something huge, there are many like me waiting for this solution to roll out. Haven't heard anything about this project on there website nor on there twitter page neither here there is absolutely silence all around. Seems like CATA team is not much interested in telling about the project or the project is abandoned. |

There is lots of moment in crypto market regarding NFTs and Metaverse. I am sure CATA has some space to adjust metaverse also which is boiling issue these days. If CATA can some how integrate both Meta verse and NFTs then it will have is moon shot very soon.

Honestly right now there are not many coins that can be mined on computer and are also profitable at the same time. Its better to buy such cheap coins from exchanges then to mine them. If you are mining enthusiastic then you can learn alot from mining the MASS but its not a profitable thing.

We also need to be realistic about the shortcomings in BTC and other top alt coins like ethereum, PoW has serious short comings that sooner or later need to be addresses. PoC and other consensus algos are the ultimate way forward that will take over the consensus algo in coming days. Just my few satoshis.
Despite shortcomings in PoW, its still the most poplar consensus algorithm and no other consensus algorithm has the ability to overpower the PoW. You can say PoS which mass is offering may stand somewhere after PoW but not near to it. |

I am not saying do not have the ability to authenticate to the app using 2FA, I am just questioning why build another 2FA code inside the app if you can use something like Google Authenticator. It just adds another layer of complexity that you need to ensure is secure. Building the 2FA code generator inside the app adds it to the same channel and it is best if 2FA codes are generated out of band.
I dont think there is any harm in integrating 2FA code inside the app, you need to have everything indigenous why rely on others? We dont know what Google policy will be tomorrow so better keep 2FA factor to yourself this will give confidence to your clients. |

IMO solutions like CPLAY 2FA Shield will get most of users attention since security is main concern in the minds of token holders these days. I myself lost huge quantity of coins in my crypto wallet and wasn't able to recover them. I am interested in seeing how this solution will look like in reality.
Well you be right in many aspect. Most of wallets like electrum are very poor in providing security and it can be easily hacked. 2FA shield is badly missing in wallets and this feature can be a selling factor for this project provided its implemented in true spirit. |

We are heading towards another bull run and chances are that BTC may go up again. Price of coins like BOOM are only linked with BTC since they dont have any use case. Chances are that we may see another bull run from coins like BOOM.

Its a great move to advertise your platform here on bitcointalk.org since this will introduce your platform to lots of audience. You should also market your platform to private investors for funding's. In this way you will not be dependent on your crowdsourcing activities to get funds. People are very much scare to invest because of too much scam going on here.

Right now the whole crypto community is busy in investing in BTC and top altcoins like ETH, Polkadot, doge etc. It doesnt mean that other projects should give up, keep yourself in the race. Today's doge coin was once called shit coin. Keep focus on your project development.

It's just another sh1tco1n. It's neither profitable or cheap to mine, so the OP needs to stop lying. You gonna need huge amounts of hard drive space if you wanna make any money with this sh1tco1n. As others have pointed out, POC is not a new development, BURST coin came and went a few years back, MASS coin will come and go and won't last a few years. POW and POS are the only game in town. I wish we'd all go to POS and get away from POW for obvious reasons.
If MASS needs lots of storage then what about BTC? It need lots of power. Its obvious complexity to mine a coin rises as price of token goes high. MASS right now is trading at around 0.3$. When BTC was not on exchanges, people mined it on laptop. If you have some more info about MASS please do share for our guidance. |

I will give it a chance if this token has a big chance later, but I better analyze it first to make sure this project group.
Its recommended to DYOR before you invest in any coin. AFAIK, MASS consensus engine i.e. PoC is one of the main reason why its so successful till date. Not many coins have seen price of 0.7$ in there first month of launch. Take your time but make sure you don't consume so much time so that it becomes too late. When MASS was in it early days and it was able to mine MASS using less storage capacity, at that time people were thinking whether to mine this coin or not. Today its on exchnage with value of 0.3$ |

they are already like gamblers right at the start and like gambling the risk gets higher the longer the investor hold . betting on 100x in gambling wont consume alot of time but it can cost money because you cant earn big if your betting small on 100x payout and the payout can also come longer than 100 spins but investing in crypto investing 100x means alot but the consequence is you need to wait . @Colossal Enterprises LLC , only miners ? but what if non miners buy this coin , they can also hold this coin but not cheap and no sentimental value involved unlike to early miners
I read you post again and again but honestly I don't get idea of what exactly you are trying to say. May be you can explain a bit. MASS is a token that is backed by PoC and due to this consensus algorithm offers lot of benefits. One key benefit is decentralization of mining process where anyone with storage space can join the consensus process. |

Yup, just confirms how most people in this space are gamblers in the end. Take the risk and "win". I do wonder why people don't just go online and place bets on x100. It's the same thing if you think about it with a lot less stress and no risk of rugpulls;) Whatever you say to those peopel they have taken there profit while others just keep on discussing. I dont think MASS is like a gambling, its a project that has backing of great ideas. |

in terms of security MASS is as good as BTC while its performance is much better then previous blockchains. Moreover MASSNET can handle multiple blockchain instances. This is surly future gold.
