I don't mean to bash, but I don't think you will get very far without a top level domain.

An top level domain, now that's a good start.
348  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitCat.ch - automated bitcoin game on: July 07, 2011, 01:29:09 AM
The script crashes daily, from what I can tell at least. Round one was beta, just a test run with no fees. Round two (this current round) had some new features, so I guess it's still not running correctly.

However, the game Op did refund us for round one when the script just hung there, so I think it's safe to assume he will add back on the missing amount of time or he would refund us as he did in the past. Normally he comes on daily, but for some reason he didn't today.

Here we go again. I already said I posted it so people can be entertained while this was down.

It's fine, forget it, lets get back on topic.. . When is Xyu coming back?! Tongue

File Transfer Protocol, it's for uploading files.

Yeah, i'm a bit disappointed as well. I wonder if he is hosting it on a home computer Tongue

Xyu, I have a dedicated server which I can make you an FTP account (for free) if you need to one to keep it running smoothly.

I'm not bashing on your script, just don't like the idea of thead hiJacking. If I don't like your game, I just won't play it, that's all. But my comment about using a free hosting, it was just a suggestion to use a real paid server for many reasons.

Anyway, I wonder when Xyu is going to come back on. =[

So you tell me it's ok for me to goto apple.com forums and start spamming my link selling a different brand of MP3 Players since it's the same concept? Tongue
354  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitCat.ch - automated bitcoin game on: July 06, 2011, 11:18:56 PM
No offense, but it's kind of rude posting your game on a different operators post with your game link. Also, I don't think you will get very far with a free hosting with banners ads.

I couldn't play if I wanted to anyway, all my coins are pending in BitCatch lol, Op needs to get on soon!

He has not logged in the whole day =[

However, I'm sure he will add back on the missing time. He seems to be a honest game operator.

Yeah, it happens every morning. It will be back up when the Op is awake. lol

I would like Kiva.org to start accepting BitCoins instead of paypal. A great deal of money is lost when making transaction lending to people from a different country.
